Got a call this morning from these people and told them not interested and that I was registered with the TPS.  I will report the number to TPS if I receive another call

Foolishly i answered this on my mobile thinking it was important. A girl asked for me by name and then mumbled something about processing a refund for PPI. So then i hung up.

Several calls logged on my landline.

I got a missed call from them so I called the number back.  A man answered and said it was regarding my refund for PPI insurance.  I said I was not seeking one as I had never taken it out.

He also referred to me by my maiden name which I've not used for 12 years so obviously they are buying phone numbers from somewhere and its not even up to date.

Any way he was actually polite and helpful, said he's remove my number from their systems and not call me again.  We'll see, but I've had them call everyday for about 3 weeks and I was getting pretty annoyed by all these missed calls as I never give my mobile number to anyone except friends and family.

Payment protection - never had it !

I always keep my fone on silent as Im not allowed to have it on at work.  I put it on charge overnight the other night and when I woke  I had 35 missed calls from this number.  I've already told them Im not interested and to remove me from their database.  It seems they dont take notice of what you ask.

Any suggestions who to contact to stop them????

July 2012, and this caller is still at it. Kept telling me that I had had PPI and they would get it back for me. Never had it! They had my name and ex-directory number. TPS obviously not much use!

Hi have got choose to refuse costs about 4quid a month, but no more calls worth it just for the peace

Just got a call from these tossers - 'We Claim - You Gain@ & I bet they make a lump as well!
Fed up with this as I'm listed with TPS & under DMA rules it is their responsibility to check the numbers they dial. I will be referring them to the TPS, DMA & ICO.
The government & politicians need to get a grip with this BullS**t for once and for all, these companies are a bloody nuisance.

This has to stop!  It's time this site perhaps collated the worse top 10 offending numbers and the government took these through a full trace and investigation to stop them making our lives a misery.  I'm young enough to just get annoyed with these but what about the poor vulnerable who may get anxiety or even fright from these unscrupulous *******s.  Grrrrrr they make me sick!!!!

Good move but this should be free particularly for vulnerable.  So come on service providers... Here's your chance to pull in some custome by offering it free.

Wow, these guys are busy, 20 pages, longest I've seen. I wasn't there and they didn't leave a message but I get a few of these a week as I did a survey and said I once had a loan and although I'm on TPS it's followed me ever since.

It's these people real pains and completely ignore tps - hopefully as suggested below one of you locals pays them a visit :-)

Just had a call from We Claim U Gain - asking for me by name and saying that I'd taken out some sort of credit in the last 12 years which may have had PPI. I told the (Welsh) lady that I wasn't going to talk to her about it because she shouldn't be calling me in the first place. She claims they work closely with TPS but some "sllp through" - mine has hardly slipped, it's been on TPS for years!

I signed up to the TPS some years ago and to Silentgard in May, but I still get calls. Ofcom is useless - they refuse to speak to individuals and I wonder why we bother with them at all - and still we get pestered by these wretched companies. PPI reclaim, so-called surveys... and three or four of them a day.

8.32 in the morning. Come on Bradley from We claim, you gain. Get a grip. Nearly as bad as calling at tea time.

Had a call not for the first time from this number from someone based in Swansea ,not only did they not leave a message they didn't even wait for the pre-recorded message on the answerphone to even finish ,they simply hung up ,so it could not have been the slightest of importance to me anyway not as I will bother to answer this number when they phone again..

Marketing suspect PPI , where do they get these Nos From ? Random I dont think so!

This No. phoned 20.45 27/7/2012 no answer, no firm name. Somebodys not watching Olympic opening.
