Got a call from these today. Have you had a loan in last 12 years. Told them I don't want to talk about it. Goodbye.

Never had PPI.

Am a member of Telephone Preference but still received this scam call about a refund for payment protection. I was expecting a really important call from the hospital so I was irritated by this interruption.

Why not have fun with them....I pretend to be really deaf and that they need to speak up...after a few minutes they are shouting are the top of their voices in a packed call centre, disrupting everyone around them...Such fun

Please remove me from your call listing, or I will sue you for harassment, I am sick to death of your pestering calls, I do not need you services

If it weren't for family I'd honestly consider pulling the plug on my landline! All we get are nuisance calls this being the latest. Also registered with tps for what good it does :( bah.

Keep getting this number come up on my home phone, and no one wants to pick it up.
Sick and tired of them pestering, and if phone companies don't start sorting these types of calls,(even Preferential Call Service not much good), I may as well cancel my phone home, and just use a mobile instead.
This is the way things are going, genuine call centres, and charities WILL lose out!

In the last 5 days I've received 7 calls I've now got a block put on that number

they called today about PPI I told them that I've never taken out PPI in this country as I've only been back for 4 years and the last time I was here I was a minor so to please take me off of their list.. had to ask three times because they kept going on with their script but at the end she did say she would take me off so will see if that happens..

i been having these call for over 4 month now and my bank told me to hand up or dont answer  them they ask it i have an load and knw my address i got an disability so i dnt understand why they doing this to me

Another bunch of PPI reclaim morons by the sounds of it. Why claim ppi through them when it's easy to do directly through your bank?

Where do they get their info ....they rang my mobile which I ignored, within seconds they rang my landline. They are not randomly dialling numbers they are using info supplied to them ....so much for data protection !!

Rather feed up with this Swansea phone number as never had PPI and often start by giving the last four
digit of a card and say you can claim PPI refund. We l never paid PPI beciause self empolyed didnt
quaify for the insurance when it was offered, also my phone is on TPS list as ell

As previously stated they have a database which they probably bought from another company. They will likely to have your name, address and telephone number.  Nothing else.

I just got a call from these folks too - "Welsh" chappie very persistant implying that he could reclaim PPI from a loan I'd had - I asked him which loan that would be - obviously he didn't know - but was very persistant.  In the end I told him to shut up and listen I told him to take my number from his data base and not to call me again and he still wouldn't go away - I hung up.  Next time I'll tell him I'm recording the call and will start charging 10.00 per minute of my time if they call again - (see article in newspaper this weekend where one guy charged 195.00 and they settled out of court) could be the way to go with these people give them a taste of their own medicine!!!

These 'databases' get sold from company to company, it's often where you're signed up to some comparison site or similar. They get thousands of phone numbers and parasites like this Swansea lot buy them to use in selling their so-called services.  They then claim that you agreed to sales calls via their 'partner site', which is rubbish of course.

I'm TPS registered, and have been for years, but still this sort of crud comes through daily. How about a change to the system Ofcom? Anyone who is ex directory or TPS registered  CANNOT be called by salesmen like this, the telephone systems will not allow it ?  Having a voluntary opt-in scheme is obviously not working as most of these cowboys don't care.
