I had a call from this number this afternoon about 12ish asking for miss wilson?!?!? I said WHO? they said is this not miss wilson i said NO!! so she said ok well this may apply to you blabla bla  i said no it doesnt and hung up! and then 2 minutes ago i basically had the exact same phone call from a man asking if i was miss wilson WHO THE HELL IS MISS WILSON LOL!!! these people need to check the time before ringing people especially as i have a 9 month old in bed next to me and its 10 OCLOCK!!! :@:@ IGNORE THE CALL TIME WASTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and clearly no respect for others! ( oh and they blaimed the wrong name on a system error well sort the bloody system error out don't ring me twice in one day making the same error!!!) RANT OVER!

Getting to be a real pain!!

10.10am got a call supposedly about a claim for PPI. Put the phone down. I am sick and tored of these calls, and I am registered with TPS.

this number phoned 6 times on saturday and when I answered they put the phone down! so next time I will do the same to them!!

Rang asking for Mrs Smith, said no one of that name here, oh whilst I've got your on the phone....it is wrong they ring up with the pretence of asking for Mr Smith, these companies should be banned

Absolute pest. Had to disconnect my oxygen to answer the phone then got some gibbering woman talking too fast to understand a word who hung up when I asked her what she wanted.

I didn't have my glasses on to see the caller ID, I have this one marked as a nuisance caller already. I keep a list at the side of the phone and would not normally answer.

I was expecting my doctor to call, otherwise I would probably have ignored the phone until I had finished my medication.

Had a phone call yesterday from this number alledging I'd been missold PPI.  As I'd never been sold PPI how could I have been missold?  Told caller I didn't deal with cold callers and said I would hang up which I did just as he said "don't you want your money back?".  He also had my address.  Like to know how he got this information as I am registered with the Telephone Preference Service.

Called today at 2.40pm. Asked for a name I've never heard of. Told her I was very ill and she had got me out of bed to answer the phone and that I am TPS registered. Claimed it must have slipped through. So I got the details to write to them to complain!

I keep getting calls from this number 01792311560

Hi, I just missed one of these calls tonight, after finding the info on this site I'm not going to call them back. I'm registered with tps and are still getting these calls.
I have also had to remove my details from 192.com who are not connected with the above number as they combine data from the electoral register with the data from the phone book and then sell it on.

keep getting this number call me sometimes late at night!!

These people need to be banned from owning phones in the same way people are banned from driving or owning dogs when they misuse them

Like the last post a lot! Also missed a call from this number and now will only answer with a piercing whistle or similar at the ready. I know they're only earning a living. But .....!

I have caller ID on my phone & just picked it up & said "I am in bed now [***] Off" just offend them as much as possible if its a girl talk about sex or something so she thinks she is dealing with a pervert & make her feel physically sick saves them right, at the end of the day they are the ones that called you i don't think you can get in trouble for this, i was in bed at the time & woke me up, TPS is a waste of space i am registered with them too.

Company called "We claim you gain" - PPI claim harvesting. The caller claimed on their database as having had a financial (loan) transaction which might qualify for a PPI claim..This is total BS as no financial transactions of this nature in 25 years. Is this evidence of Cold Calling in the hope of pulling in a dupe, or if genuinely on their database has there been a serious breach of data Protection by one of the Banks in disclosing account holders names as potential claimants?  
People with claims do not need companies such as this. DIY for your claim, procedure is simple and FREE ( ie no gouging 25% or more of your refund).
Yet another company whose motto should be "Our souls go into our works".

This number has just rung me, persistant pests wanting only to scam you, give them your details that they have not got, and yes they will gain, and you will be ripped off.   I will get them never to phone me or maybe any one else, if they want training in manners and respect. A good  whistle blown hard, may make them, stop phoning, as I will tell them if this number phones again I will give them ear ache, by whistling down the phone, so remove it from your list. Be warned. And tps is not working as if it was this number should have been warned. As it as been harrassing peoples phone numbers since at least 2009.

I am another person being pestered as often as 5 to 7 times a day. what we can do you can pay BT but then they charge quite a bit, I just let the phone ring,

My daughter did that and was really rude because I was ill and didn't need the stress, yet they still ring, when they ring again I might use a few abbreviations why cant they they get the message .  Are they thick or something?.

Got a call from this number, didn't recognise it so didn't pick up, if it was legit they would leave a message. Just wish they would get the hint!

another claim company hassling people,fed up getting 4/5 calls a day from these companies
