I received call on my mobile from 01792 311 560 they stated "you've had a loan in the last few years and are now entitled for a refund on your payment protection" . Asked for me by name saying I had a loan in the past 10 years. I'm TPS registered and it's a new mobile with a new number so where the heck did they get it from as I never give it out on the internet except to reputable companies.

you could have claimed ALL PPI payments back plus intrest.

This company is unknown to me and i have registered with the caller preference system.

I just received call from these people 01792311560, they are called "We Claim" they are really annoying as they call us saying you have had load out and could claim back the PPI you have paid, it is a marketing call which can call any time, why wont the listen when you say not interested please dont call again and still get 3 calls aweek.

Bloody irritating person called me (using my maiden name - haven't used for 6 years) sayin entitle to refund on mis-sold PPI.  Told him he was calling TPS number and that I was going to report it - didn't seem to bother him!  These people pray on the vulnerable - not good in these tough economic times!!!

Ive just had a call on my moby from this number, asking for another person, as its my works mobile how the hell did they get it, quite scary really. Rang straight back and they dont answer the phone at all. BEWARE

Just had a call asking if the could speak to Mr blah, I said no, which brought a few seconds pause until the person responded "why, don't they live there?", I replied how did you get this number? they hung up!

I usually play along with being Mr blah and waste their time but I couldn't be bothered this time.

i answer the phone and i say
hello lancashire constabulary can i help you

they soon hang up!

this is a private no and only a few people have this no mainly family and a few select friends

Received call on my mobile today 21 July 2011 at 13:34.  As I was at work I missed it. No message left.  Who is it?

caller on 01792311560 phoned me, said they from RECLAIM UK, asking if i had taken out PPI. this was an UNSOLICITED call to my TPS registered number

this number keeps ringing me once and hanging up !! done this a few times in one day now.

called, i didn't pick up. didn't leave message. i called back but they didn't pick up.

Jut had a call from this number, didn't answer, as I always look on this site first for numbers I don't know.

got another call from 01792311560 for a Mrs Mortlake and once again told them wrong number. I wish they would register this or is it just a ploy.

Just received a call telling me that I had taken a loan or PPI with them and I was entitled to a refund.  Couldn't tell me if I had a loan or PPI but just in the last ten years.  Didn't like it when I told him that he was telling porkies and not to lie to me and that I knew what finance I had taken.  Created a lots of laughs in the office.

Just received a call from a male with a very strong Welsh accent asking if I had taken a loan etc + PPI out in the last 12 years. She told me that I could reclaim the PPI as it may have been mis-sold.
I replied No I had not - during the last 12 years at any rate.
OK & she rang off.
Didn't catch company name.
According to TV ads, I thought the claim period for PPI was 6 years - this lady said 12 years

I  just had a phone call from this No.asking for myself or husband , saying I  had an outstanding claim ,I said no I haven't &rang off.They would be delighted to speak with my husband because he has dementia?!! I don't need this stress ,however I always refuse to talk with obvious nuisance callers . So if they try again I will be come rather rude!

I just had a call from some MORON at this company and am so mad about what happened that I have to post here if only to vent!! He reeled off some schpeil about claiming back insurance and I politely said 'please don't call me again' and he asked me to repeat myself so I politely did. He then persisted so I advised I if had to ask him again not to call me any more that I wouldn't be so polite. Needless to say the little swine did persist so I told him in no uncertain terms where to go (won't repeat here, don't want to offend anyone). The little piece of crap only phoned me back to have another go, and also called me childish for swearing at him! I requested his supervisor expecting to be left on hold but the arrogant sod put her on. Thankfully she had her head screwed on and despite telling me her staff aren't there to be sworn at (urm excuse me, I was polite in the begining and YOU PHONED ME!!!) she did apologise, remove me from the database (supposedly) and advise she was low-life's manager and would be dealing with it. I cannot believe the nerve of some people! Do your job, fair enough, but I tell you politely to go away and not call me again then do it! And if you don't listen I will speak to you as I see fit! Just leave me the hell alone, I don't need calls like this stressing my day out, not to mention the fact that I'm at work!! rant over!!!

PPI protection refund scam call just received. Claimed they could get me a refund. Said that according to database I had received a loan in the last ten years. I politely told them that I had no refund due and to amend their database. They said they would. Has anyone complained to the information commissioner office? TPS registration allows this.
