How do they get access to our numbers? i understand that O2 or other companies sell lists of our numbers for these purposes?

Just started to get calls from these guys today. I find it quite dubious that I told Mobiles Direct where to shove it yesterday after months of harrasment, and advised them that the phone was TPS registered (I've made a complaint to TPS as well)...

This company is called Splash Direct or something.. They are after your mobile contract. They have called me every day for the past 2 months. I've asked them not to call me and all they say is "why" ! ! ! I try to bar their number on my mobile, but they somehow get round this. They are the biggest pain ever

I am so glad that I googled the number! I have received a call from them today which I luckily missed, I am on Vodafone so it isn't just O2 numbers that they are ringing.

I've registered my number on TPS and they still keep calling me. Are they aware that's against the law?

I had a call of these Guys back in Dec and said my contract was up for renewal I told em it wasnt. They have called me again yesterday, I ignored their call.  Why dont these naff companies listen!!!!

Haha, got a call of them today, wanted to know how much i pay for my contract as they can offer me a better deal, told them i was on the £10 O2 simplicity plan and they stopped...."Oh, thats a good deal you are on, sorry to waste your time, goodbye" LMAO

Im on vodafone, been getting calls from these people for the last couple of days, they just hang up as soon as i answer.   i guess they jus ring multiple numbers at once and whoever answers the quickest gets to talk to them.

i think anyone who gets to answer should keep them on the phone and waste as much of their time as possible.

This company is called splash online, they are basically a load of con artists from what I've read about them, and they keep ringing me every day! I have found an expired job advert for a telesales rep in their south wales call centre, it has the following info on it -

"call Catherine Smith today to arrange immediate start on 07725 205600"

why don't we all ring her and tell her what we think of them??

I am irritated with these calls and am going to set my fax machine to attempt 100 faxes or so....see how that goes down.
