That number called today. Line went dead when i answered it. i called back and got the dead tone.  This activity should be stopped.

Just had a call from this number too, it was silent on the other end. We're supposed to be on the do-not-call list, so I don't know where they got the number.

Have received a number of ghost calls from this caller usually just chat in the background but today at 09.10 they actually asked to speak to someone involved in waste management then hung up when told to bog off.
I do not understand how these calls are permitted more so as being registered with caller preference should (theoretically)filter out calls such as these.

I have passed their contact details on to a few friends of mine in the erm lets say advertising business who will be making calls/mails/faxes of there own to see how they like it - spamming can work both ways.

I just telephoned the above number and requested that they removed my number from their database as I was on a telephone preference list.

We'll see.

I run my own business, my lines are diverted to my mobile when I'm out and about so I get to pay for the privalidge of these lunatics calling me twice a day for the last 2 weeks. As soon as I answer the line goes dea, try calling back but I get a message saying 'unavailable'.

So after some investigation I discovered that the number is used by the Swindon office of IMSM Limited (www.imsm.com) If you call 01793 421 208 and speak with Kim Beavis she will be able to immediatley remove your numbers from their database.

They are aware of the problem with their telephone system and it is costing them money so the more 'complaints' they get the more likely they are to fix the problem.

Repeated calls - caller hangs up on answering

Repeated calls, i don't bother answering that number any more.
Line goes dead when I’ve tried calling them.

Tried calling the number above (Swindon office of IMSM Limited) but phone just rings out. Tried calling the London branch and was told they have moved out.

Dead end, won't waste any more time on them...

got another call this morning.
called the 01793 421208 number and got through to call centre and was told they didn't know about this.
said they would remove my number from their system...we'll see.

Call hangs up when you answer - rang 16 times today

This number rang and said sorry wrong number and rung off.......i am registered with TPS so they shouldn't be ringing!

am getting regular calls from this number - probably x1 per week and they always hang up - bloody annoying

Rude cold callers that always ask for either one of our directors. They will not tell me what it is regarding and always hang up before i get the chance to say we're not interested.

They just rang me and asked to speak to my mum!! [***]!! im just gonna get it barred.

01793484900 - I recieved a call from this number as well.  I googled it to see if the number was recognised.  I didn't know it had a cult following.

Had the same number call me, I answered in only two rings and they still rung off.  Can't wait to hear what they want to sell... I've found the most satifying thing is to let them think you are interested and at some unexpected point say no, sorry, not interetested.  Means they have wasted such a long time on a waste of space like me ;-)

I am very surprised that after 2 year of people complaining about this number, that someone like BT or OFCOM, has not investigated the business behind this number.  We get a call to our business at least once a month from this number and same old story every time: they just hang up no matter how many times it rings.

These people are driving me mad!
Very rude woman asks for my business partner by his first name, refuses to say who she is and tells me that it is a private call he is expecting. Hung up when I explained that I'm also he wife and i would be very interested in her private call. Stupid thing is I see that deal with ISO9001, something we are thinking of implementing. No commission for her then!!!

w are getting this number call us at leat 3 times a day. Why do they hang up? must be automated.
