- jazz replies to Hannah| 8 repliesI really need some help, this company sold my mum and dad a will, then said if and when anything should happen they would take care of all the paperwork they need not worry, My mum and dad struggled to pay £50 a month in total £3000, for this all they did was write the will and store it, that was 4 years ago. My dad has now died and I contacted Trust Inheritance, they phoned me back 4 days later and gave me another number to ring. When I did this they said they were a probate company and if I wanted them to do the paperwork it would cost £195. Trust Inheritance have done nothing but take £3000 from my mum and dad. Please help, what can I do? To stop them from doing this again, or get some money back for my mum.

If there are 50 people on this forum and 50 on ours and we all tell 1 person a day it will soon amount to a defence. WE WILL SUPPORT EACH OTHER.
Can someone on here tell me where you are from? Is it Weston Super Mare or are they targeting various areas?
It seems that these are Established crooks we will try to investigate and find some answers.

KW - Nick replies to AndyGinnAndy, if you used one of the pay phones or televisions next to your hospital bed and gave your debit or credit card number, Phruit will have sold your home data to the scam will company calling. That's the explanation I got when I gave them and Phruit hell down the phone and demanded to know where they had got my wife's details.

Someone else has told me they have also paid £3000 and they still have their wills unsigned, they were advertised in a local newspaper and said it would only cost £45 .We live in Essex. - K W replies to Jazz| 3 repliesJazz' Can we ask who did your wills for you? is the company based in Essex and how did they approach you was it a cold call?

No they were advertised in our local paper The Thurrock Gazette Essex.
My parents called them because it said that they would go through all the details of leaving a will and the cost to making the will was advertised as £45. When they arrived they somehow talked my parents into storing their will saying it could be updated at any time and that when anything should happen to them they would deal with everything so the burden would not be on the family. For this they made my dad set up a direct debit of £50 a month. Total £3000. My dad passed away on the 7th June. my mum still has £600 to pay and I don't know what to do, should I stop the Direct debit now? I phoned them straight away but they said someone would call me back, then they called me back when I was in the funeral directors, so I asked them to call back in an hour. Nobody called I phoned them again and was told there was no one there that could help me until Monday. I phoned again Monday and the person asked me what it was I wanted. She then said someone would contact me.
Someone did saying they were from Kings Court and would help with Probate. I asked if they were being paid by Trust Inheritance she said no and that they could offer free advice but if I wanted them to do any of the work it would cost £195 to start with. I said I did not understand what is the £3000 for.
She said that Trust Inheritance just pass people to them, and she said how sorry she was and said I should ring them.My dad was buried on the 16th of June and I have not heard anything from Trust I. My dad struggled to pay that money and he was 81 when he died these people should be ashamed of themselves. Do you know what level of service your parents have paid for from the list below?

Our advice would be for you cancel the remaining amount because we disagree with the amounts that these low lifes charge for the lack of services that they provide, and we wouldn't give them another penny.
If people can get their money back from being mis sold PAYMENT PROTECTION INSURANCE, because they didn't understand what they had purchased, maybe your parents didn't fully understand!!! or TRUST INHERITENCE DON'T MAKE IT CLEAR WHAT THEY ARE SELLING TO THE CONSUMERS.
But it is important that you seek legal advice first as your parents may have signed into a contract. However you may of heard of Consumer Direct someone there WILL be able to advise you, or go to CAB.
Or maybe you should email the company (info@trustinheritance.com) and get them to explain what your parents have got for their £3000 and that you want it itemising.

KW - Paul| 1 replyThey asked for mr or mrs (my partners married name) and when I told them there was no mr they identified themselves and hung up.
I called them back. There is a recorded message offering a home visit service and giving a call back number of 01934836160. This I rang and ripped into the operator telling her I was a member of the TPS and further calls would get them reported to the ombudsman. I demanded that my number was removed from there files and informed them that they where using an illegal marketing strategy. (cold calling) she started to defend it but I cut her off.
My partner has not been in hospital for 3 years
