    Well i had a nightmare with a few companies but now with a fantastic company if you wish for their details please leave your email address and i will forward their details onto you. They were very simpathetic towards my situation as i was also conned of money from Geko however this new company gave me some cash back which may i say was paid on time and i did not even have to chase them. How amazing is it to find a company that treeats you so well, also as they said without us (the customers) they would not be in a job...

    In all fairness, this is not all down to Geko. Since Orange / Mainline changed the revenue structure in July last year, it caused a lack of cash flow. Mainline have now decided to withhold this revenue share worth in excess of £100,000 per month. No busy can survive when it's main income is withheld in this manner.

    Geko customers are being directed to Orange distribution partner Mainline after the Telford-based Orange b2b dealer went into liquidation yesterday.
    An Orange spokesman said: ‘We are sorry to learn that Geko Direct has been placed into administration, however, efforts are being made by Mainline, an Orange distribution partner, to adopt responsibilities for Geko’s customers.

    ‘To ensure Orange provide the best service possible to our customers, a freephone customer service line has been established to assist any Orange customers who may be affected by this announcement.

    ‘Geko’s Orange customers can contact their dedicated customer services agent on 0808 178 6265.’

    Finally Geko Direct have gone bust! our business have been tied into a contract with them for the past 17 months and there's been nothing but problems, now their in administration we are set on getting out of the 24 month contract we were originally signed up for so dug around for a while and found a company offering free independent advice to X Geko Business Customer that have been really helpful, you can find them at the following link::

    Mainline have been overrun with phone calls to do with Geko and are well..... a bit slow on the uptake of importance for those businesses tied into contracts with Geko Direct, if you want some help give them a try, their very helpful and actually pick up the phone, 0800 007 6230,

    Sorry to hear about your predicament with Geko Direct, I too had multiple similar problems and was stuck into contract with them, since their liquidation I found a website at the top of the google search for "geko liquidation," who are offering free independent advice to businesses effected by Geko liquidation, they were really helpful and done all they can and we are now expect to be out of any ties with Geko within the month which was far more efficient than dealing with mainline who not only set up a 0808 (premium rate tel no) to contact them regarding this but also put you in a massive queue to then be told after 20 mins of calling to leave a message and a member of their team will come back to us, 3 days later no phone call from mainline... anyway thisn appear to be resolved now and we woudl highly recommend business customers of Geko Direct visit

    I have never dealt with geko myself so it dosnt concern me,but the MD of this company has children who could easily go on this site and read  all of these comments. My daughter goes to school with one of Mr Carters daughters and she is distraught as this family may loose everythink. So please all of you if you dont give two hoots about him,have a bit of sympathy fot the kids,its not there fault.

    In reply to Graham of PD transport, I had exactly the same problem, It took me 10 months to get my money. Most of this time I was fobbed off with the Director is on holiday or he is ill. Blah blah blah [***], I decided to take them to court and 2 months later I had my money. They went to court to contest it but I won and got my money. Even though it's a bit of a hassle, it's worth it. I then sent every contact in Geko an email with a link to this forum asking them to read it. (and I had a lot of names)
