This number foned me aparently from microsoft i put the fone down on him only to receive a fonecall 2am!! Fuming!! The guy was asian and said i have a virus on my computer and he needed to remove it bu to do so i needed to give my bank details as a security thing to make sure it was definatly me! Cant believe he thought id fall for it! Soo annoying when you get a fonecall at daft oclock and you worry thinking something has happened to a family member and it turns out to be these lot!! No need at all!!

Also in Cyprus, got a missed call from a UK number so I typed it into google to find out who it was before I rang it back, glad I did! I'll be even more wary now.

This number calls at LEAST 4 times a week. So soon as I answer the call there is a pause for about 30 seconds then a voice says GOODBYE

They called and said they are from Microsoft and want to control my computer to fix a problem that is not there, I asked him to tell me the problem, he kept persisting to keep control of my computer and he is Microsoft support, I check one of the problem I have and there was no fix for it, he said when I connect to your computer I can show you problem and wanted to connect to my computer for 10 minutes.

I am asked him where is calling from, he said USA, the number is a UK number, I said to him it was a London number.

called but i did not answer - just seen the posts - just adding that i don't know this caller and am abroad.

Received a call 1am I live in Cyprus . A voice that sounded like a recorded voice told me to hold the line, then there was a mans voice which came on straight after threatening to f...... Beat  me up. I hung up and switched my phone off. When I had put my phone back on I had two missed calls from the same number. So glad I logged on to google to find out that I'm not the only person receiving calls from this weird number that doesn't exist when you call it.

Called me on my mobile Do know who it was it was silent then the person grunted and hang up!!!! What a nonts LOOL

I'm from Latvia and got call from that number but they stopped calling very fast and I couldn't answer the call

Hi to All on this Thread, I believe this call is a Skype generated number as my Girlfriend from Ukaine only just called me from Skype on a regular PC and I have my Skype set to forward my calls to my Private mobile number. I didnt answer as I did not see the call but then she texted me minutes later to ask why I didnt answer. I then saw whis strange number, coinsidence??

Its definately a number generated in Skype. I answered it last night and it was a Skype friend tring to call me. Skype auto assigns this number when divert is set from your PC to mobile phone. I bet the users on have Skpye divert to phone or have friends that call comes from Skype to phone??

Its not possible to Call this number as its a Skype Number

I had this and he went all way through his demo telling me i had a real bad virus and he was from windows, in the end he said it would be £99 to fix my virus, when i said i couldnt afford that he dropped it down to £50, when i said i couldnt afford that either he said he would speak to his manager, then returned and said he could do it for £30! Didnt sound like a very legitimate or professional company so i said i still couldnt afford it at which point he proceeded to tell me he didnt believe that i couldnt afford it, he then reeled off all my details, name, address everything very strange would like to know how they got all my details.

I have just had a call on my mobile from this number and a recorded voice told me the number had been terminated due to a breach of some kind?? hopefully that will be the end of it, doubt it tho.

This number is when someone is calling via SKYPE to a landline or mobile phone

this a scam so be vegilant and just ignore them.
