My site has never dealt with professional pension services, the only spanish firm we have dealt with has been enjoymypension.com and I have since severed communication with them and have warned all my clients to not deal with any firm based outside out the UK who are not properly regulated.

I hope your ordeal soon comes to an end Ian and you are doing the right thing by warning others. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Im within an ace of transferring pensions via pfr pensions into a liberty sipp. Now i have all the forms here from liberty pensions to be filled out (sent by pfr pensions - www.pfrservices.com ). I have pfr put in writing to me my cashback amount and my yearly guranteed growth at 8.24% . I thought i had all bases covered but now ive found this forum. Ive now gone cold as the women ive talked to have been so nice and friendly and professional. However i dont trust just that so was snooping for a forum just like this. Can i assume these spanish investments are done through these people with liberty pensions for other people? If so ill back pedal . Ive seen the name pfr mentioned here and the two investments, spain and australia , are the ones on offer. Ive even had a phone call from spain ( assume it was spain ) explaining the investment structure over there, had a brochure emailed me, and even got offered to go and visit and they would put me up. Am in in the throws of a very good scam here?

Approaches has also been done in the name of the Spanish firm Quality Capital Management
S.L. (address: Urb. Lomas de Sierra Blanca, C.C. LE VILLAGE Oficinas 9-11, 29602
Marbella, Malaga, Spain) and Quality Investments Norge AS. Kredittilsynet calls attention to
the fact that Quality Investments Norge AS is not registered in The Register of Business
Enterprises.  
Kredittilsynet wishes to make it clear that neither Quality Investments B V NUF, Quality
Capital Management S.L. or Quality Investments Norge AS are authorised to provide
investment services in Norway, and therefore lacks the licence required under Norwegian law.

Posting here about Zane Hegarty. I was employed by him recently at his Marbella offices after applying for a sales position advertised in a local paper, unfortunately did not know what I was getting in to and was dismissed after two weeks working long hours there for no reason, which I was not paid for.

I can confirm he is most definitely scamming people out of pensions, he has a number of websites for targeting pensions, some of which have already been listed here like cardinalpensionservices.net & professionalpensionservices.co.uk, his new ones which have not been yet are:

He had  another website unlockmypension.net which has since been closed down as  it was being investigated by the FSA,  and was since been put on the FSA's blacklist.

Also i know Zane Hegarty is running Timeshare and escort/dating scams from the same premises, but they were in a different office to me so can't give any more specific info than that. Did overhear a conversation about Zane taking over running a escort website for his friend Toni Muldoon while he is in prison though...

Exhibit B: Zane shut down unlockmypension.net when the FSA blacklisted it so you can not see what it looked like now, but this site still has a screenshot of what it looked like before he closed it: http://www.domaincrawler.com/unlockmypension.net, notice how it has same layout and template as Zane's current scam website, http://www.mypensionmoney.co.uk. only thing that is different is the colours and the logo.

Lets see you explain your way out of that one Zane/Matt.

by the way, I know for a fact 25 Old Broad Street is a rented postbox so if anyone was to raid that address they would not find anything, Zane has a few rented London postbox addresses, St Johns Street is one of the others I know about.

He uses them for convincing people that they are based in London, and not on the Costa Del Sol like they really are.

It's the records that the mail forwarder has that they'd be ransacking the place for. It's obviously a scam mail drop address - hundreds of dead companies listed at the address.

If you check out Domain Tools screenshot history for the FSA banned website on 2010-09-23 then that gives you a much better quality full page screen-shot.

And yes you are quite right, mypensionmoney.co.uk has clearly been done using the same template as unlockmypension.net had when you compare the two.

I.E Exactly the same images being used in the footer for "Get a free review" and "What our clients say".

I am eager to distance My Pension Money from these people you speak about, as soon as possible, hence my perhaps blunt initial reaction.

Having looked through some of the comments here in detail I now have a better understanding of the problems people have experience with Zane Hegarty and company. I'm very sorry to hear that people have suffered problems and would like to take the opportunity to explain more and answer your queries.

I'm aware of illegitimate schemes going on in Spain (and other places) and this type of pension planning is illegal. It is is not what My Pension Money do, offer or condone. We offer straightforward information to any clients interested in releasing their pension.

In answer to some of the points raised, please read on...

'Agivee' is a popular business website theme that is used as a basic starting point, edited and changed for various purposes. It seems to be coincidence that it has been used by one of these other sites. Perhaps we should change this if it will reflect badly on us because of its use elsewhere.

The address provided is correct for My Pension Money which is based in a shared office location.

There may have been some routine maintenance going on that could have caused the site to be unavailable recently. I wasn't aware of any problems, but it should be up and working now. Please bear in mind that this is a new venture and may undergo some teething problems.

As for the registrant details, I will look into this - although any one wishing to get in touch directly, can do so. The address provided can be used for contacting us, as can our support E-mail, enquiries@mypensionmoney.co.uk.
