hahahaha Got a call from these scamsters about PPI refunds. Well I got sick of these people using the TPS list as their database, I got sick of paying BT £10 a month for anonymous call blocking and "choose to refuse" so I bought a CPR Call Blocker and it's fantastic. I won't be taking any calls from this number again! You can even block those INTERNATIONAL calls that these scamsters use if you want, although friends abroad will also be blocked - your choice. If you're driven around the bend by these sorts of calls, get a CPR call blocker, seriously I am just a happy customer, I have NO affiliation with CPR at all.

Got a call this evening from this number.  Caller addressed me by my surname.  Advised me they were phoning to give me a rebate.  She (foreign lady) started to read out my postcode.  I stopped her and asked her what company she was calling from.  At this point the call terminated on her side.

Had a call from these people today  a foreign man sounded African, I could hardly understand him so I knew it was "one of those calls"  told him I was registered the telephone preference service and I told him as soon as he gave me his name and company address i would report him so he could be fined. He said he wasn't selling anything so I said to him then give me your address, he started to tell me ...123729 Avennue Drive and in the middle of the call the phone went dead ..... what a suprise!!!!

Got a call from this number tonight around 5.30. Ignored it. No message left.

When I answered they hung up.

Got a phone call from them today, told them to go boil their heads - or words to that effect, these days it's seems pointless registering with TPS as it doesnt seem to stop anything, i have my home number and mobile number registered and still get calls on both from these scumbags.

I just received a call from this number. They asked me to confirm my name, which I did. He said his name was Gerry and began to deliver his story about PPI and I hung up.

I don't know if these people bother to read the 'whocallsme.com' messages, but just in case..if you're reading this Mr Gerry, I want you to know you have succeeded in spoiling a very important moment.

Got a call today from First Call, advising t hat their records show that I am entitled to claim back PPI on finance i have taken out. When I replied that I had not taken any finance out they swiftly ended the call.

This is some outfit that seems to be trying to profit from people who were sold PPI. When I said it did not apply to me and was not interested, she hung up without a word. Not even an apology for troubling me. I will now try to be awkward for this outfit, trying to make a reverse charge call to their headquarters which, judging by the caller's voice, ids in bongo bongo land.

This number called me today, an accented lady said they were 'First Call' and offering PPI refunds. I asked where she got my number as I am with the TPS and she said she wasnt selling anything? I asked for her name and full company details and she put the phone down??? Very rude and definitely suspicious.

This company called me , they should not as i am on TPS, pretending they knew all my details about PPI. When I questioned this they hung up....  I reported them to TPS who will take action.

Got a call from this number today.  Nobody on the other end, but I could hear call centre chatter in the background.  When it became apparent that nobody was going to talk to me I hung up.  I am also registered with the TPS.

Phone call from "Cheryl" with Indian/Chinese accent about my PPI. Said I hadn't got any and hung up on her.
