I was always under the impression that Imperial Wines Of London and Benjamin Cazaley were actually buying the wine for there so called investers.  It never dawned on me that he wouldn't.  Albeit overpriced !

Now if genuine employees of this firm have come on this forum saying wine is not being purchased,  if this is true how did they find out?  And more importantly why did they not post the real address of where there real offices are ! You know where I mean, the one where all those 200 to 300 cold calls you have to make a day from!

I would encourage the staff at Imperial Wines to think what there doing. And ask yourself a question!
Would you want your parents / grandparents or any family member to be taken in by this and loose what ever security they have for there future in the long term future to a person like Calzaey ?

As so many of these wine firms are going out of business one way or another, manly being closed down for not being in the public intrest iam supprised that Calzaey is still alowed to trade!

And when they do close down probably through lack of finacences coming in, it wont look good on your C. V   now will it.

Do you really think Cazaley cares about you... no of course he dosent. All he wants from you is a cold calling machine and if your not performing on the phone I.e sending out loads of quality broucheres that bring in money's for him will he keep you or get rid off you as he has done before to tons of ex staff?

I would be your best friend for ever if some one would post his real address on here today so that peaple who want to turn up at his office in front of all the staff to ask him in person for there money back. That would make your day a real fun day wouldnt it!

White.These were bought via Elite on the advice of David Jones.I am beginning to question whether this is another scam.
I was told by David that my diamonds are in safe storage in Switzerland.Document from Opulent seem to confirm this.
I have sent documentation by post to Opulent,Hopefully they will confirm posession of the diamonds.

Our dad was getting calls weekday evenings from a bunch of con artists from “DS Vintners & Co” last year trying to bully him into shelling out £5,000 for wine they said they had in their bonded warehouse. They told him they were phoning from offices at theirt trading floor at 2 Curzon Square, Mayfair, London  next to Park Lane Hilton Hotel. We decided to check it out and found that the address is actually just a small 2nd floor flat iinhabited by 25year old Michael Joseph Doohan, one of the directors. No offices or trading floor in sight!

Also got calls every evening from diamond companies and storage companies – all scams.  Reported this to Action Fraud and got our dad to change his tel number

No doubt she spent all the proceeds that her scum of a husband took from my grandad, he’s registered blind and has dementia but this scum took £45,000 from him for land thats worth £800

I have lost nearly 45,000 to imperial wines of London and there's no one there to take calls, the person you are looking for is either on lunch or off sick. Maybe if I named them on here they might return my calls or maybe their new employer might call me !!!!!

Did you spend any part of this investement, so called anyway on a credit card, if so look up clause 75 of your credit card agreement on how to claim a refund. It works and the bonus is it upsets Calzaey if money is returned. You have 6 years to do this even when they get closed down..

I have some holding deposits but it comes nowhere near 45000, is there any other method of return, I have reported them to action fraud but i'm sure their slippery enough to avoid them, thanks for your help.
