Hamilton & groves are now claiming to be @ 40 Bank Street Canary Wharf as per there now up and running web site. This is probability a mail drop for them  and hire by the hour office rental.
Any coulored diamond from them get independent valuations from a gemoligist before paying out monies.  Mind you from what I've heard of there opening pitch they wont be around long

Hamilton and Groves recently contacted a friend of mine who was scammed in a diamond investment scheme by a company called Henderson Forbes....any connection between the two companies?

Not that iam aware of, MD of Hamilton & Groves is a Tex Spencer 19 years old company only been formed about a month and had one MD resigned already.

Henderson and forbes MD is a Joshua Jordon, could be they know each other probably. They may be both at the same office address @  Angels House 225 Marsh Wall Canary Wharf its a cheap tacky office block which has been home to many scaming companys.

Did your friend pay any part of the diamonds he brought on a credit card

Now did you buy through Be Fancy Ltd or Be Fancy Limited, they are two different companies but with common Directors ??

As if I would buy from a cold call. A friend of mine worked at jubilee diamonds for a very short time, and Jacobs made some very unpleasant suggestions to her one friday after work. And now I meet a person who works there now, at be fancy ltd and tells me a high majority of deals being sent out cancel.  Maybe because Theres so much about Jacobs on this and other sites or could be there not falling for the coulor diamond scams any more. Which I hope is more the case.

Nick Jacobs &  Mark Helps when running the now compulsory liquadated Jubilee Diamonds didnt even get a director's ban from what I can see even though they had a 1,500 % mark up on some of there diamonds, how is that possible?

And now he is selling coulor diamonds in a jewellery as investements  but lets Delon Edwards front this company from what I can see !  

D. Edwards has around 8 other companies in his name, some dissolved some not and all registered to Canada Sq Canary Wharf but there boiler room is @ Angels House 225 Marsh Wall Canary Wharf second floor.

you may have guessed by now I dont like scammers or Jacobs and when be-fancy closes for what ever reason theres gonna be a big party for some of us who know Jacobs.. even the majority of his openers cant stand him.

I know Jacobs reads these posts on here and even had the gall to post on this site when running Jubilee diamonds to say how offended he was @ being called a scam company ( page 4 ) then a few months latter got shut down

Be Fancy Ltd and Be Fancy Limited are two separate legal entities ie diff registered companies.
Notice how they have registered them Ltd & Limited.
Be Fancy Ltd is being closed by the Directors while Be fancy Limited still trades.
I didn't think you'd bought, but the Ltd & Limited title same as 'B Fancy' or 'BE Fancy' would cause some confusion.
Or maybe its supposed to !!!

According to Companies House records there is only "Be Fancy Limited" Registration number 08735943.      More information needed.

Companies House records are open to abuse, one of the papers formed a company in Vince cables name to prove how easy it is to abuse.
You can spell your name differently and get separate Director id's, ask Mr Kushner.
Look on Duedil.com, its free to register, then follow the director and name changing trail.

Well the company may be dissolved but they look to be still trading as be fancy
