Have a look at thegeclub.com and see if it matches the information you received.    Check out the Company they want you to invest in.   If you go to the dropbox site be aware that script is involved.   Do you meet their carefully detailed description of a "Sophisticated Investor"?

Joubert will not be around by the end of the year. They claim they're sponsored by Rolls Royce which is rubbish as when I was called and it claimed on the phone I checked.

Also I found out that Michael Lontano actually goes by other names Michael Darcey, Ralph Emerson and Hugh D.

Do not touch them or associated names or companies!!!!

    PI,

Can I ask is it illegal to sell the product whatever it might be carbon/credits/wine diamonds at a fair price?

Or illegal to operate a boiler room scam, and pressure people into buying items using false promises such as sponsored by Rolls Royce or 50% returns etc etc

It seems these guys aren't deterred they just start a new company and move on

It is difficult to see how offering a legal product at a fair price might be classed as illegal.         If you know that something is a scam or that it is offered using false claims then it is a different story altogether and worth chatting to ActionFraud about.   actionfraud.police.uk

The other question which i would like to know is the role these companies bankers play in this whole scam. Given Anti-Money Laundering / Proceeds of Crime regulations are so tight, how come these companies still manage to open and hold bank accounts with major high street banks.... am sure there might be the possible of civil action against these banks for not condulting enough Due Dilligence on their customers.

I have been under pressure to find more money recently as part of an exit strategy. I have declined and all has gone quiet, possibly because I asked to visit them in London. Having found this thread, my suspicions are well founded as I did feel the pressure was inappropriate. I don't expect that I shall get any of my investment back, but it may just be helpful in discouraging others to make the wrong decision.

If you want a post deleting click on the ! in the bottom left hand corner of that post and tell Site Admin why you want it deleting.  If you want it deleting because you don't like it then it will stay put.  Before you make a complete ass of yourself, you should be aware that Whocallsme operates under USA law, where Freedom of Speech is enshrined in the Constitution. For that reason they do not frighten easily, if at all.

So, after 12 whole years of happy investing you decide to come on here?  You pick a site used to report unknown, unwanted and scam calls and share information to post your glowing review?  Now why on earth would someone who was so happy with a company do that - it doesn't make sense.

Unless it's tongue firmly in cheek? Surely no one would post that and expect to be taken seriously? Then again, there are some very strange people out there!

Perhaps we should all rush to borrow money from the multitude of scam lenders who pester us on here then become rich and start our own telemarketing centres?     That would complete the circle of perpetual motion.

Oh! Right.  The only thing is, you have not said what brought you to this site after 12 years of happy investing.  If you are going to make fake positive calls to try and legitimise your company, at least try and make them believable.  Just to make it plain, this site is to report unknown, unwanted and scam calls.  You know the number, you obviously wanted the call and do not think it is a scam.  Three strikes and you're out!!

What a surprise (not)!! You would think they would have more brains than to make such obviously false posts.

Your post has to be a wind up, yes? Everyone knows that this is a scam. Though putting up a positive post is not a bad thing, as it purely confirms that.

Seems like my earlier post was removed! To clarify RDC owed commissions to a number of brokers hence from the fall out came Ellite Gems and then Jubilee Diamonds all of these guys at some point have worked together hence same clients and same complaints! There is a lot of bad blood and all the negative posts come from people in and around these guys! D Lester deserves credit as somehow he seems to have outlasted all the rival firms, from my time spent out in Frankfurt where I first met him selling land as a "opener" he has come a long way

Let's see how long it takes admin to 'bust' your post?  Haven't you read all the posts that tell how people (mainly the elderly, which in itself is disgusting ) have been cheated, lied to and stolen from? Any positive comments you make are to be treated with the contempt they deserve. But then you know that anyway.................

RDC no longer pretending to be situated in Marylebone.  Now pretending to be situated in Camden Town.  No longer working in Bromley.  Now working in Beckenham.  It's all a facade.  I'm wondering how long it will be before the name changes and the addresses change again!!
