hello, my son recently worked for the Paul and Michael Moore [only just found their real names] about 30 people were taken on in a new company,eventually people started being told not to come into work. My son was not breaking any rules and was owed commission and wages.They have come up with a lot of reasons why they cant pay. Anyway we are looking at options to get his money,so far HMRC.ACTION FRAUD and Employment Tribunal.
I would be grateful if you had anymore info as have only just found this info about them

thank you, that address at 31 leman street is still active, and they are continuing to set up similar businesses!, hence my son is glad to be out of there as until now he had no idea of the background of these people. They never paid him always making false promises they would hence he now has a dire financial situation. He is looking at appealing to an employment tribunal.

The Moore brothers rely on people not going public. The more public you are the safer you are. There is so much information on Paul & Michael Robert Moore on the internet and with the aforementioned government agencies, just google their names with the word Fraud beside them. Have only just come across your site and thought I would like to add my story of complete naivety and stupidity. Having recently suffered 2 strokes and a heart attack and at the age now of 77 years I suspected I may not have too much time left on this earth. That is why we fell for Mark Jones at Manor Rose and the thought that he could help me leave some substantial security for my wife now aged 78 years. We invested £7,500 in NOrfolk land and £40,000 in Ormskirk, Lancs. To encourage the Ormskirk investment, Jones showed me a letter ostensibly written by Betterbuild Ltd., which promised to buy back the land at 85% profit within 9 months. The letter turns out to be fictitious - merely a name they dreamt up themselves. So rather than leave my wife with an asset I have left her with more problems.
Anything that can be done to punish these scammers would be very welcome. Sincerely

'What they did to me was along time ago, but it involved allot of stress on my behalf and my family, I can never forget or forgive. The Moore brothers and Gill used various threats against me. There is a forum available which i have described in detail what they did to me' I didn't name them as that was part of the agreement.

As well as Action Fraud I recommend contacting Andrew Penman of the Daily Mirror and Tony Hetherington of the Daily Mail as they have previously reported on Paul/ Michael Moore funded scams such as Manor Rose, World Future Carbon, Galisard (co-run by Lynn Howard and Michael Nascimento ) and Morgan Forbes and it's spin offs (Acropolis SGPS , Amber Crest, First Capital Wealth, Berkeley Brooks etc.)

Any media coverage will give the FCA and Police a kick up the backside to actually do something as number of boiler rooms these individuals have run, and the number of lives they've got away with destroying is unbelievable.

I work for these guys few years back. Never got paid on time they wrote £100,000 a week of business. Completed 50,000 plus and couldn't pay their staff a measly 1000 a month on time? Why? Because they too busy shuving bugel up their nose and buying trips to races and paying for helicopters to take them to birthday parties. They won't stop and John Gaskin runs the show and had the Moore brothers wrapped round his little finger.

Yes they are criminals...and that is why they need to be brought down...they target people with savings...how do they find this out? I never had any phonecalls about 'investing' until I 'suddenly' had redundancy money...that needs looking in to. Where is Haydon Driscoll? He stole £ 5,000 fro me. Does anyone know where he is.

That's the only way the police can catch them....they need to know where they are living so they can arrest them.....and yes I was one of the people who was supposed to be retiring but that isn't going to happen any time soon anymore - unless they are caught. I have worked solidly for 41 years - they have conned and thieved for a few years and are living the high life in London...and according to people they are snorting stuff up their noses etc..another crime...they deserve to be in jail....let's get them there....
Please give the police all information you have about all of them....and maybe we'll get our money back. My life savings weren't even conned from me  - they were stolen....pure theft!

Emission Offset has put into Companies House a notification for change of name to R C Global, obviously trying to get out of paying anything to anybody.  Be aware.  Also Haydon Driscoll has passed the directorship to Matthew Steven Berry.

A change of name will not absolve any Company of its proper responsibilities.

That's what we hope!  That Companies House wil throw the book at them bearing in mind we have a judgement issued against Emission Offset which they are currently in contempt of.

I can assure you that city of london police have not named me in any Fraud as a few of us have been speaking with them for the last 18 months or for various matters including cleaning up the market from very apparent problems that exist today. Neither myself or my associates did any business with a company called EDEN BROWN and as far as im aware Harry Shaw had nothing to do with them either. In Madrid, and spanking commercial loans with Harry Shaw.
