hello, my son worked for the moores[ only just found their real names] about 30 people taken on to new company.eventually people started being told not to come into work. My son was not breaking any rules and was owed commission and wages.They have come up with a lot of reasons why they cant pay. Anyway we are looking at options to get his money,so far HMRC.ACTION FRAUD and Employment Tribunal.
I would be grateful if you had anymore info as have only just found this info about them

'What they did to me was along time ago, but it involved allot of stress on my behalf and my family, I can never forget or forgive. The Moore brothers and Gill used various threats against me. There is a forum available which i have described in detail what they did to me' I didn't name them as that was part of the agreement.

The moore brothers rely on people not going public.The more public you are the safer you are. There is so much information on these fraudsters on the internet and with the aforementioned government agencies, just google the names. Does anyone know what has happened to the company Good2beGreen - who sold me carbon credits last year...?  Have they gone into liquidation?    
So much for them selling to me - then re-selling my carbon credits ...according to them they had buyers for re-selling them..in April... then May...then June  and then July...etc...and now their phones have been turned off...no contact now at all......have to contact serious crimes office again...!!!
Getting sick of this. All I have as 'investments' for my VERY HARD EARNED MONEY  - which I thought I had invested for my future - is another piece of very expensive paper.....where are the FSA in all this ...and where are the police?

Have only just come across your site and thought I would like to add my story of complete naivety and stupidity. Having recently suffered 2 strokes and a heart attack and at the age now of 77 years I suspected I may not have too much time left on this earth. That is why we fell for Mark Jones and the thought that he could help me leave some substantial security for my wife now aged 78 years. We invested £7,500 in NOrfolk land and £40,000 in Ormskirk, Lancs. To encourage the Ormskirk investment, Jones showed me a letter ostensibly written by Betterbuild Ltd., which promised to buy back the land at 85% profit within 9 months. The letter turns out to be fictitious - merely a name they dreamt up themselves. So rather than leave my wife with an asset I have left her with more problems.
Anything that can be done to punish these scammers would be very welcome

Just to let you know that SJL risk is also a scam, you will never sell or see those credits again, they dont hold a workign regsiter they are not FSA registered and the owners used to own manor rose before it went bsut.

I too left a secure job to work for Michael and Paul Moore at Algeti Capital. After been promised for months I would be paid my basis and commission owed, I was let down time and time again. I spent hundreds of pounds travelling to and from and just general cost whilst in the city without receiving anything back. I have text messages quoting the figure I am owed and when I would be paid without any money ever arriving in my bank.

If any previous employee has had contact with either Mike or Paul or has had success getting what is owed to them please let us know or if you have the contact details for them please post on here so we can resolve this

I stopped working for the Moore brothers and Haydon Driscoll last year, when they were scamming the public with the Emission Offset/burbank guise.

I can not believe they are still pulling the same sh*t!

The problem is that they will keep setting up these new "companies".
They will keep putting "directors" names on the paper and they will keep pulling the strings behind the scenes.
They will keep luring young guys in to work for them with the promise of big bonues.
These young lads won't say a word at the time because they believe everything being told to them and so will only speak out when they get shafted.
By which time its too late and these two t***s moveon. Shut down the company and open something new.

They need to me caught mid operation, that would be the only way of stopping them.

I could describe what they look like to you, but the truth is you will NEVER see them. Particularly Paul, who won't go near a phone or a meeting.

My problem was that I found this page too late. By which time they were shutting down there operations.

My suggestion is that we take this issue off this site only and spread it to FACEBOOK/TWITTER ETC.

Take the issue to a financial ombudsman, not just the FSA.. but all of them.

These guys are criminals and so need to be treated as such. They approach vulnerable people. I even remember them calling a poor old man that had has a stroke and developed dementia and were still trying to squeeze £2000 out of him.
