I Have been looking in to this blog for a while and it looks like most of the posts here are a lot of hot air and are just attacks on a few people. I wanted to know that the investment I made was a real one and having checked with the bis they have informed me that although the company is in liquidation the company acted as a broker and that's all so my investment is safe with the registry. I then made enquires with the registry and yes my investment is still there under my name good that puts my mind at rest. That's all I am concerned with. I think the people attacking people here are not helping the real investors here.

Well, I also have contacted the registry and know for a fact that my dads carbon credits don't exist, so are we all telling lies!

Moon I bought my credits through Manor Rose and yes they do exist. Dakota is a completely seperate company. Why are you trying to scare monger people who used manor rose. I am astonished that these people can even sleep at night. scamming people for their well earned savings and money. I've got a plan about contacting these heartless people.

Over the past couple of days i have been monitoring the website and i have noticed the amount of messages that have been deleted.  What does Siama want, why does she keep asking someone to call her through moon.  

I hope this message doesn't get deleted, as its a shame as this site is not what I thought it was which was a chance of either parties to communicate.

has anyone heard back from the insolvency team, about either of the companies i.e. manor rose and dakota partners international ltd.  Did the managers or directors get charged?

Your investment may be with the registry but as far as investments go it is a very poor one.  They charged huge mark-ups on the carbon credits and land they were selling therefore their value would need to increase massively for you to break-even.  Also I would imagine it would be very difficult to sell your investment... the only way you will be able to off-load and get any sort of return would be to go through another fraudulent company where the actual purchaser would end being another unfortunate victim.

Someone told me that they were sold a plot for over 8K and its worth a mere £15.

Everyone I am ashamed to say I used to work with Chris Gill & Bob Somal, I was young & naive and was venturing into a career in the finance world. Having succesfully completed my FSA exams in 2008 I was sold into working for a company set up by them called DIMENSION SECURITIES. At the time both had recently just been let go by SQUARE MILE SECURITIES where they developed there sales skills over the past 5 years and built there wealth.

Whilst working here I witnessed first hand how much of a low life both of these despicable human beings were, they had no remorse and would regularly joke about there clients who they have scammed and how they did it, it was like a game to them. Bob Somal was a little bit more remorseful but for Chris Gill he is without a doubt the most low life rat of a person I have ever met, he would treat his staff like the dirt on the bottom of his shoe, he would talk about women like they were 3rd class citizens and to top it off they couldn't pay the staff there salaries as the company went into liquidation.

When he joined another company - William Albert Securities, me & an ex-colleague went and confronted him, and like the rat he was he cowered when he saw me as he knew I was physically ready to take the money that I was rightfully mine.

Anyhow this monies was never received to this day and I still see him in the City from time to time, after reading this article I am not surprised they are both up to there previous tricks. I do hope someone exposes these criminals because that is what they there. Along with them to they were also aided by DAVINDER NIZZAR, another career criminal. Hope someone from BBC panarama reads this and makes this public

Its important people realize unless your in asset management, hedge funds, or a bank its difficult to make money in the finance world because outside of those your going to be selling directly to consumers and majority of people lose money when investing in retail investments e.g. Pre-ipo's, CFD, Spread betting - there just not respectable industries and more importantly there not industries where salesman will be able to develop careers where they will build skills that will make them valuable when moving between competitors because they are such a cheap or pushy sell.

All these companies people are talking about including Manor Rose, Dakota Partners, MH Carbon, Elite Brokers & Burbank of London are run by scum of the earth directors e.g, John Gaskin, Chris Gill, Bob Somal, Luc Choudhary - people who learnt there skills in boiler rooms like Pacific Continental & Square Mile Securities and the only skill they know is pushing someone into sending a cheque in the post. Its a great skill in the short term but as with anything in life 'what goes around comes around' - I want these people to be exposed and put behind bars. These guys have ruined peoples lives, not only people who they have taken money from but people who were employed under them, and hence there lives should be ruined, there families, parents, wives and children should be shown how shameful these people are they are living there life of luxury off other peoples money that was stolen from them.

Again hope a publisher, reporter or anyone in the media is reading these posts and picking up information to expose these criminals.

More recently i have read threats against people i mean look at the site, someone has already posted a threat against moon, who is an innocent victim, from reading their posts.

I understand why people don't want to report further via the bbc, there could be further consequences that we don’t know about.

Is there anyway we could join forces and just make people aware of them?
