Becky i can see you have experience in investments of this kind do you think you can help on the ongoing investigation with the insolvency team by sharing information on these low life people such as Chris Gill. You will be helping alot of people by doing so.

I don't think informing the FSA, liquidators or courts will do much - as said we need hard evidence

The best way to do anything is publicize this - is by getting the tapes people have of conversations, by getting someone from BBC Panorama to investigate this, catching this people in the act. The Bob Somals and Chris Gills of the world haven't stopped, there just doing it somewhere else now - they will do this until they either end up behind bars or until they retire because this is all they know, they have probably used plenty of fake names in the past. I am surprised they would still use there real names.

We need to find out what the next scam is and catch them in the act and then publicize it, only then will the courts be in a position to say well we got enough evidence to put you away now.

OR we can find out where these people live...

To everyone who has sent me there call recordings so far thanks alot...

For anyone else who has call recordings please send them to bad_becks_1@hotmail.com with the title MANOR ROSE. I have built a database of about 25 calls, to be fair the majority of them are general qualification questions to see if there is any potential interest from the clients but their are 9-10 calls that are hard sales calls and it is very obvious who the people are that are making the calls. Hopefully the more I got the more evidence I have to pass onto the relevant authorities.

My broker was Daniel Burgoyne, i dealt with him at Cavendish Moore, Dakota Partners and Manor Rose. I woul like to give him a piece of my mind. Any body know his where abouts?

Mines was Jimmy Bottle and Wiliam Polstan, but not so sure if their the culprits surely its the people who run the businesses.

Put it this way - i met will polston more than once. He couldnt have been over 24 at the most- and this guy was a floor manager. Its the guys behind the scenes i blame. They know all of the crucial things: ie purchase and sale price ( £2.50- £9 is some difference) also they were the 1s who negioated with semicon for the sales. Were they a real buyer or merely a ponzi to entice investors. The real criminals behind these companies are the people running them. The brokers are generally brain dead morons who are brain washed into saying the same thig over and over again until somebody buys. They look upto the directors who they see driving flash cars and having flash watches etc- are promised the dream but end up getting 2-3% when the directors take 70-75% profit. I hate the directos of these companies for what they have put my family through.

hhm i think these comments have been added to sway the attention away from the directors i.e. Michael Moore, Christopher Gill etc.  However not so sure about William Polstan, as his name has been mentioned alot!

Will Polston appears to be living in South Woodham Ferrers, lives in a big house, drives a 40k car and wears a Rolex. That where our pensions have gone!

I find it odd how you seem to think that the brokers are "brain dead morons" yet they manage to persuade investors to invest in products that are all over the news to be a scam. eg land investments - all you'd need to do is google it to see it is a scam yet people, by the looks of things from reading this blog, are quite literally investing their life savings.

Please don't get me wrong at all - it is awful reading through this blog to see what is happening to these people. But at the same time if someone has saved £10's-£100's of thousands they should be more diligent and not throw money at notorious investments or small time companies.

Thats the problem, most of these investors wouldn't even know how to use the internet thus the reason why they get away with so much money.

Land securities is large reputable company, Please do not confuse this.

I was duped into investing a lot of money by Dakota Partners (Will Polston) and wonder if there are any developments lately. Would be much obliged to do anything for these people to be jailed.
