Had a call this am..again...always ask for the same woman who i have no knowledge off,get nasty when i tell them,..have blocked the number but always get round it by phoning from a different one,gone on for months++++ started when i was given this number by phone company...pains in backside...

I had a call from this dialling code on the other end was a male very thick indian accent which i could hardly understand.He stated you have been in an accident recently when i heard that i just hung up as i have not been involved in any accident.

Having recently lost my husband I find these calls tiresome & intimidating why can't BT stop them.

Foreign woman,  about PPI  couldn't understand the company name, spoke too fast, left her hanging on ,  can't be bothered with time wasters!

Don't answer no l do not recognise. Stop trying to waste my time.

I keep getting a call from this no iv had between 14 call in a week

If it’s a mobile you have lookup their number in call history then highlight it(just click on it) and you should see an “i” symbol click on that and you should see a list of 4 options one of which should be “ block this call” click on that and that should do it

My phone doesn't have an "i" symbol, what should I do?

Keep getting call nu 0208 ,but they never answer

repeated calls from 0208 numbers, never the same number though, over a period of months. Latest ones are an 'automated' type recording saying it is BT, gives an 0800 number to ring stating that my online bank account has been compromised from abroad,not to use it but I must press 9 on my phone. On dialling 1471 the number 02084280630 came up. So I suspect a scam.

02082340778 called saying they are BT and my internet connection is being used by someone else and to press 9 on my phone or ring them. I just ended the call.

I fully agree and it is also a pain for peoplee awaiting important calls from loved ones too, about health and well being.
Take it up with yiout MP and if the HE/SHE has any balls get them to kick off about it. REport this problem to OFTEL and they should help you.

These people called saying something about HMRC I put the phone down immediately wishing now I had found out a bit more.

They opened saying,about your computer,i responded quickly F off Scammer,i hung up.
