Just had call from 0208. Who is this likely to be?

I moved to present address in Feb this year , previous occupies called Davis. I have had at least 50 calls from 0208 asking for somebody called Broadbent.        Told them time after time the person must have lived here at least two years ago & I don't know who or where they are. They have continued to pester me . Have had 4 calls in last 2 days. Tried to get number blocked but they using mobile now. It needs to stop, I am retired & fed up with this nuisance!!!

I think 0208 are debt collectors as I have had post for same name. Eventually opened one if the letters and it was a different firm talking about unpaid debt.

Who is this caller and why do they have my ex directory number

I have caller id and I have an automatic answer that picks it up. Then I just delete it.

Multiple repeat  calls  from 02080774195.
Foreign accent, call centre environment. Answered  first time - sounded like another computer scam - hung up. They redialled repeatedly more than 10 times but never left a message on the answerphone. Really, really annoying.

I've had a few calls, first one asked for me by my first name, there seems to be no sales pitch so is there a charge when you pick up? I saw the number today and let it ring out to answer phone, strange stuff,,

Had a call from 0208 number today nobody answered when the phone is picked up I belive is a London code they can call if they wish as we are with the TPS and a £500,000 fine this is harassment which is against the law.

talk talk supplied me with a code to input immediately after this nuisance call comes in. it is simple way to bar further calls from this number and is free of charge!

i received a call from 02080688783 on 14/6/17 at 10.15. I rang 1471  and it gave me this number. i tried to ring them but the answer message said it is unavailable.

Caller said they were from virgin media it's a scam
