I enjoyed reading the final comment about Tony Chewin's pension loan deal in relation to clause 10 above:

I asked a question from an English man who alerted me to Devere when I was researching them and when I researched these pension loan guys I asked for his advice. He said:

Very weird, never seen anything like that and as the cash amount you can take out of any pension lump sum is currently 25% max it seems most odd. They cannot take a charge over a pension fund from an individual. They make no mention of an FSA registration or a CCL licence, but there seems talk of a master pension plan transfer. Transfer to me means kiss of death as you should be able to rejig within an existing scheme.

I can see that they may lend unsecured but against future pension income but not that.

That being said it might be legit and I cannot say 100% that it is not.

MY CONCLUSION;
I will ignore their advice and leave my pension safe. Thank you all for writing these informations.

I am pretty sure it is against FSA rules to offer any sort of financial advice unless you are registered with the FSA as a Independent Financial Adviser, which they are most definitely not.

It's strange because on some of the 'whois' records it says that the site is registered to 'Petitions Direct' and on other sites it says that the site is registered to 'Lymgold LTD'  but they all share the 01202 835600 number.

What are these guys doing? Can't seem to make there minds up.

Look, advertising in the Investors Chronicle or FT would fill up the e-mail inbox with complaints and have the FSA and financial reporters sniffing around in no time. Facebook's great - only those who don't conduct due-diligence believe what they read on it. It's a great advertising medium!

The FSA has a mixed track record. Banking crisis ring any bells? There are bigger scam's than this that they haven't addressed yet. Remember Pension's backed mortgages racket in the 1980's? What comes around goes around, just the barcode is different. This pension backed loans racket will have it's day before it too implodes.
