As an IFA I have recently come across a potential client who had Mike Scudamore invest £70000 of pension into a pointon York sipp. When the client asked for further assistance Mike said he could not assist as its now all set up. I have researched what was actually done and foung that access to cash got the client £7000. The balance was invested in a sipp 2 years ago and the balance today is less that £900.00 - (nine hundred). The client is 45 and was not aware that this was against the rules. He was also not familiar with the risks of investing in a carbon neutral investment. I have to break the news to him about this horrific transaction. When I called pointon York they state that this was an advised sale and they have paper work to support it. Yet Mike Scudamore has never been regulated as far as I can see.

The original posts date back a couple of years. Now in October 2014 these guys are still heavily active.

Virtually all the clients funds went into this investment. I wonder how these criminals sleep at night. I can't wait to speak to Mike to get his side of the story.

I have started this community group on Facebook to make people aware of the malicious scam artist that is Angie Brooks from Pension Life. Also going under Angela Brooks but switched to Angie after being ousted as a fraud for impersonating a barrister in 2015 on this very forum.

Angie Brooks or Angela Brooks hides behind the website Pension Life and preys on unsuspecting victims who are trying to find out more information on their pension.

Angela Brooks or Angie Brooks from Pension Life then pounce's on victims and offers her 'advice'.... unregulated advice I might add for an annual fee of 750 euros. Euros because she hides away in Spain where U.K. Law can't touch her. So far Angela Brooks or Angie Brooks is pocketing 600,000 euros per year, pretending to fight for these victims when all she cares about is trolling financial services and pension providers in the hope that she will find one or two victims who will listen to her. If anyone has any more information on this vile, letch of a woman please email me fraudsteralert@outlook.com
