If someone has a terrible credit rating, then they should not be given access to credit! If they have a terrible credit rating - THEY ARE NOT CREDIT WORTHY!

And what's more they certainly shouldn't be borrowing with the use of their pension as a guarantor. All that is likely to happen is that these bogus companies who issuing the loans will apply a heavy interest, depleting whatever pension fund the customer has left leaving them unable to survive at retirement - meaning they will have to live off benefits from the government for the rest of their misguided lives.

Simon, the pension is not a guarantor - the pension has nothing to do with the loan really. The loan is unsecured from a third party.

ive been looking at this as well for a while as you can see from my earlier posts and although some of the text out there was fairly badly spoken it does actually say that your pension amount is not touched. I think this has more to do with the lump sum? cos i phoned the HMRC and they said it is not possible to take money from your pension amount. and further conversations with certain companies make me think that it is actually legal? if its all uk sipps then they have to be regulated the HMRC guy said and as i said earlier i wouldnt trust not uk places. plus the guy didnt say it was illegal he actually said "it has the same risk as having my pension in anywhere else as its just another uk sipp company". so like the same as a bank or society etc etc etc

on the topic of the websites going down then ass long as these companies stick to what theyre saying (ie down for maintainance or compliance or whatever) then im ok with it. its the companies that disappear as soon as something happens that bother me.

can i just say I dont know why you guys are all personly attacking people, doesnt make sense to me =/ have these people done something to you in the past or something? it sounds like a grudge or something! i only say that cos if you guys do actually check the process of some of these companies it IS different from a pension reciprication program which does sound shady. I nearly got lumped in with one of them until i read a bit more into it so i dont think its fair to think that everyone is in the same boat doing the same thing? it does seem like paranoia but just my opinion lol x

Looks like Simon Stanborough has closed down www.pensionlending.co.uk and opened up a new website. www.cashforpension.com. How strange, he has hidden the identity on the .com domain but hasn't for the .co.uk domain. He is also advertising this website through google ads.

Notice the different address details as well! He claims on companies house that his business address for Petitions Direct is 1 partridge walk, but now it seems he is working from the same office as Moneymeans LTD. Why all the secrecy? How can two completely separate companies work in the same small office space? Why did he close down one website and then open another when he got a little bit of bad publicity? What does this man have to hide?
