I'm stumped.Petitions Direct Limited...

Petitions Direct Ltd is an Authorised Business  09/10/2009 on the MOJ register with CRM18784 yet it states they have no trading names although they obviously do as they are trading under the names of all these websites. Must be an oversight by Simon when he registered.

So where does David Brown fit into all this? The 01202 835600 number is a Moneymeans number, moneymeans is owned by David Brown's Lymgold T/A Moneymeans, yet Simon is using this number on his Pension Lending websites. Surely they're not hiding behind David Brown's CCL in order to administer debt advice due to Simon's failure to secure a license of his own??

April 28th 2011... Pension Lending printed a FULL pack advertisement in the Advertiser!! They have a new number now, apparently, 01202 835800. How inconspicuous.

Who's David Brown? This pensions racket is so fiendishly interwoven with names I'm lost! Only came on to complain about an odd call about loans from someones name I couldn't catch but who said they were based in Poole.

I just dialed 01202 835800 and a 'Simon' answered the phone as 'Pension Lending.'

Then I dialed 01202 835600 and the same 'Simon answered the phone as 'Moneymeans.'

I then dialed 01202 835111 - and no-one answered!

THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY RUNNING A SCAM!

Simon says is a children's game for three or more players where one player takes the role of 'Simon' and answers phones, (usually oral actions such as saying 'Pensions Lending' or 'Moneymeans') to the other players (callers), which should only be followed if prefaced with the phrase 'Simon says', for example 'Simon says pretend your Petitions Direct. Players are eliminated from the game by either following instructions that are not immediately preceded by the trigger phrase or by failing to follow an instruction which does include 'Simon says'. It is the ability to distinguish between valid and invalid commands, rather than spoken ability, that usually matters in the game, and in most cases, the action only needs to be attempted, rather than completed accurately. Hmm

So is there one in the middle of 01202 835600 and 01202 835800, as in 01202 835700, children?

Having dealt with Pensionlending.co.uk back in April I have since reported them to the office of fair trading for misleading consumers and operating without a license. If anyone else has lost their pension fund or wishes to complain directly about this scam I urge them to call 01622626523 and log a complaint as soon as possible.
