To be staight to the point the morgan forbes,acropolissgps,was a con from the very start,there will never be a hotel and villa's built as there is no planning consent to build on this land.It is very clear that the land is arable,only for agriculture the local authority will confirm this.

To all who invested I think you have been had.

I hear they have pulled a very clever ploy in their latest update, stating that stage payments in the hotel having been suspended will now resume, anyone who pours even more money into this project will need their head examined, however failure to do so will allow them to invalidate the shares you already have, so in effect they get off scott free, as they will argue they were holding up their end of the deal but you chose not to continue with it. Very clever but something illegal must have gone on here.

The hotel investors will not be liable to pay the additional instalments as Morgan Forbes and Michael Nascimento has not kept to their side of the contract which was for construction of the hotel to commence by March 2012, or to give a full refund plus 10%.

If they are asking for the additional instalments then it is fraud, plain and simple.

I would be contacting the police not the FSA.

I think you will find they have been very clever, what it says in the contract  is' if the sellar fails to obtain planning permission for the construction of a hotel the buyer shall be entitled to a full refund of the entry payment and any stage payments made plus interest on this sum at a rate of 10% per annum' it does not say built just planning permision.

In their latest communication they make it clear where it says, 'the good news is that at present Morgan Forbes Int has successfully obtained planning permission to build a hotel'

These are very clever and cunning people, do not be taken in.

MF state they have planning consent,in that case any investor requires confirmation from the local government,but now after three yearsit is in doubt that a hotel will be built only an idiot would trust these people,as they say one is born every minute.

It also states in the offer contract with regard to the start,and completion dates of building "TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE",clearly they are well covering themselves.All investors should not be taken in,as M.F.have been touting this project for three years you will only be throwing more money,down the drain.

I guess the major question was, what were you told about the projects, clearly I suspect the 'sales' staff were probably told of its 100% certainty of a return for customers or they wold otherwise not have been able to sell it with such conviction?

I wonder if the action group have seen the programme on sky Atlantic. At least they will know the money has been spent to good use on betting, champagnes (not sure if that is even a word) and cheap thrills being touched by girls. At least they both look happy!!
