Has anybody within this forum ever had any money returned to them?
A lot of people have been in touch with the fsa i am sure , I'm tired of reading that we should tell the Fsa like nobody ever thought of that. You all annoy me talking rubbish. What can we do instead of slagging off each other with your comments  oh yes I just follow these posts to laugh at those who got involved and I didn't because I'm great... Well what are you doing on here!,

I invested in a further 20 shares at €300 after contact from Chris Andrews about mid Feb 2013. I did as much homework as I possibly could and  I have to say Andrews was not pushy at all when it came to selling the shares. I got the impression it was my decision to buy or not. I asked him for a copy of the contract of sale to the Hilton Group for 639 a share. He immediately provived me with that, it was a 15 page document with lots of correspondence wetween both parties and was on Hilton headed paper. A lot of effort if it really was a scam!.  Anybody else receive a copy of the 639 sale contract?

Beware of these scams,remember there is no consent to build.

Chris Andrews first contacted me mid Feb 2013 with the good news about the 639 share sale to the Hilton Group. I have to say he was not pushy at all in selling additional shares but said I held an uneven lot and as they were to be sold in lots of 50 I had two options, one of which involved buying a further 10 shares to even up the numbers and the other option involved something different which I did'nt quite follow. I persued a copy of the contract of sale to Hilton Group at 639 a share and he was able to provide several detailed documents translated into English and on Hilton and Amber headed paper all of which convinced me the contract was genuine. Like others I also had money refunded for these additional shares because it went to wrong bank account, now closed, and I resent it to the correct account. He rang me on bank holiday easter monday at 5pm to give me the bad news about Hilton pulling out of the deal because of bank losses in the Cyprus crisis. I haven't given up on it yet!

Whilst I admire your optimism, did it not cross your mind when making your latest 'investment' that with all that evidence showing an impending sale at 639 per share, that for a business who was just about to realise that deal to sell their own/remaining shares at 300 was losing them 339 on every share they sold.

Now whilst you may trust them to be honest and above board, what kind of business can afford to make this sort of business decision absolutely knowing they had a contracted customer paying twice the value they decided to sell you the shares at?

The share certificate you have is not worth the paper it is written on.

Give me 3 to 6 months on this one! i'll prove wrong although I know that's not what you want to hear

I sincerely hope you are roght for a lot of reasons.

I noted that my question about the business selling you shares at a loss was not covered in any reply, would be very interested in your view on that question, as I assume you must have thought about that?

Has constuction started?,do keep us all informed.

Have sent numerous emails to which I have had no response, phoned the rooky number...... Line dead of course...... What a load of bollocks this company is!

Looks that i and others on this forum have been right all along,one big scam.

I even got a newsletter update from Ambercrest this morning. Did you not get your copy?

I have emailed them but get no response, news letter? Ive not had an update this year, like everyone says....... One big scam!

You must be talking about a completely different company. For the past year I have been getting quarterly newsletter updates from Ambercrest. Today I received the 1st Quarterly 2013 Update dated 30th April 2013. It was a two page document signed by Ms L Howard and covered various issues under the headings'
Introduction, Building Licence, Economy, Finally, In Closing.
Are you corresponding with the right people or did you write ar say something abusive in the past which could have you blacklisted from their mailing list?

As regards Christopher Andrews I spoke with him about 20 times in February/March 2013. He gave me a copy of the sale contract to Hilton for €639 per share within minutes of my asking for it. Did anybody else see that contract?. It looked pretty genuine to me and was dated November 2012. If its a scam then they put plenty of thought into it. Also, has anybody noticed that C Andrews is a Chartered Accountant ICAEW  and surely somebody within this forum must have the means to check out his credentials and membership of ICAEW. Im not suggesting Chartered Accountants are saints but if he is genuine member of ICAEW then behaving like a crook could cost him his hard earned membership of that Institute.

The sale contract is not worth the paper it is written on.

Oh I would like to say something abusive to them if I could get hold of them, and yes I am talking about the correct company.

Invest in that lot,no chance three years ago i received the offer contract,it was an off plan build.Clearly written in the contract, that the project was subject to planning consent so in august 2012 nacimento states in a press release he has consent to build pearl island etc,so after three years nothing!! sounds like a scam to me.
