I lost a lot money with Acropolis sgps company a while ago (Owned by Michael Nascimento) - I got nothing in return. I found out Mr. Nascimento set-up Paragon Private Wealth (PPW) in Malta (Another scam), they shorty after that set up Amber Crest Investments SGPS (Another Scam) and now after receiving a call from a company called Ocean Peak International (oceanpeakint.com) or (oceanpeakinternational.com/about-us/) and much research, it is that Michael Nascimento new scam Ponzi scheme ripping people out of their hard money. The cheating salesman said he was in London and the investment was to do with property investment in Madeira.....what a surprise..!!

Ocean Peak is just the same fake scamming investment as the rest.........Don't be a fool and report them all to the regulators.........Te encontraré ?

Make no mistake all the mentioned companies are a scam,Nascimento has never built a sausage,you have all done your money.

Your recent rather memorable posts appear to have been removed Angryman. Perhaps the language was a bit strong. Do you want to make contact; you were suggesting you had a lot of information on the "alleged" interconnected scammers which I know how to put to good use

I received a phone call yestrday by ACI, saying that they have sold the shares which, I had bought with MF.  He also said that if I want my monies to go in my account I have to pay about 1200 uros as administration fees. Has anyone received same kind of call. I have invested with MFwhen they were operating in the UK. I can't get hold of anyone there. I really need help on this as I have lost the money already and do not wish to loose anymore of my hard earn money.

Another person making out they are a investor trying to gather more information. Sounds like an ex staff member again. I'm a investor on both sites and I am upset with the process on how long it takes.

Your wrong Don. I will answer Both your questions: Question 1. latest update was sent via email too all investors. Question 2. The building has not started.

The email sent to all investors must have read,this update is to inform you building of the project has not yet started,this email will be repeated quarterly for the for seeable future.

I received a call this morning from Duncan Smith asking me for EUR 1,245 legal and transfer fees which would enable them (Ambercrest) to send me my funds as the Pearl Island sits has been sold at auction.

If I paid the EUR 1,245 I would get EUR 639.72 per share back within days!

To be honest I will not be sending them a penny as I am 99% convinced that this is a scam.

Have had many conversations and emails with Christopher Andrews and they have turned out to be fabrication.

Previously the site was sold to Hilton Group, funds had been paid, settlement to investors was to be 28th March................

Complete rubbish - date came and went so I challenged Mr Andrews and some story about the deal falling through (even though he has previously told me that Hilton had already paid!) due to the economic crisis in Greece had caused the deal to fall though.

I have asked Duncan Smith to confirm everything on email and I will pass this on the the FSA!

Don't send any money whatsoever. The Amber crest is all rubbish. Do let the FSA know because they are just trying to get more money out of you. Don I was revering to Morgan Forbes and they have kept me in the loop as with Amber crest it's all [***].

Unless it says on the Pearl Island contract/ 'shares certificate' that fees will be incurred upon transfer of funds then it's a scam. If you're due funds but Morgan Forbes/Amber Crest won't release them until you pay some extortionate fee, then they're illegally withholding funds that are yours.

As well as the FSA I would recommend emailing Tony Hetherington, as he's previously reported on Acropolis SGPS and Morgan Forbes. Also email Andrew Penmann of the Daily Mirror as he previously reported on Galissard which is run by Lynn Howard, who also runs Amber Crest (with Michael Nascimento behind the scenes).

The FSA and Insolvency Service tend to sit on their hands until the media give them a kick up the backside.

All the investors funds have been spent on life's luxury,fast cars,speed boats,proerties in the med etc

I too have been approached for an administration fee of £1200 and informed that it wasn't possible for an intermediary to be involved and I asked for written confirmation; last week they attempted to relieve me of almost £3000 stating that "I NEEDED to balance my shares" prior to the sell out on july 8th.

The admin fee for releasing returns from the Pearl Island investment is absolute cobblers!

Pearl Island Investors already paid a £170 admin fee when they purchased their shares. This should be shown on their shares purchase receipt. If Amber Crest/ Acropolis/ Morgan Forbes are trying to extract another admin fee them this is fraud! Plain and simple.

Inform the police. They can liaise with Europol who can contact the relevant authorities in Madeira.

Also contact Tony Hetherington of the Daily Mail, and Andrew Penman of the Daily Mirror as both are interested on the dealings of Michael Nascimento.

Also contact the Insolvency service.

Look up a company called Tullett Brown. They were shut down by the Insolvency Service and FSA but tried to do the same via sister companies. This is illegal and all the sister companies have now been shut down.

The same applies to Morgan Forbes. Morgan Forbes UK ceased trading under instructions from the FSA. They can't then set up sister companies and sell to UK clients, even if the sister company is set up overseas.

Also any Pearl Island/or Ponta Do Pargo investors that still have a digital or paper copy of the brochures given to them, please present these to the relevant authorities as the false timelines given for returns show there is a clear case for mis-selling as well.

I'm a investor and your talking [***]. This seems to be a ex staff member trying to create more of a problem that what it is. If the FSA win then we all lose are money. Yes Nascimento may go to prison but that don't help me. [***] and do something more useful

i was in the office from a Monday to a Thursday last May(2012) the info was passed to TH rather than the FSA as he has a good readership and was in contact with the FSA on the matter already, so the hope was less people would be hit.

Ha ha good one. Time waster that holds a grudge on Morgan Forbes. I spoke to someone from the FSA and they inform me that Mr Nascmento is being investigated but is progressing the right direction. You need updating based on TH or your [***] sources
