I only worked for one of the companies and it was not Morgan Forbes, although in hindsight i'm surprised that  oaf didn't change the name and structure every other day.

Bought some shares after being contacted after entering a prize draw at a Touring Cars thing. Not too many in case it was a scam. Seller was our friend Aston Craig. Look him up on Facebook.. Likes nice cars etc etc..

Was contacted just over a year ago by Aston to buy a few shares more. Deal fell thorough.. but was told payout would be last summer.

Contacted around last July, and told that I had a new contact, that Aston was no longer working for the company, and that his previous info about a settlement last Summer was bunkum.

Seems our Aston is now selling precious metals to 'investors'.

Emails to info@.... got replies that weren't very informative.. more the 'wait til the update' brush-off.

Contacted by Christopher Andrews, who claimed to be in 'compliance', Told me about some agreement that the Bosses had decided to 'reward' long term investors with a cut of their share holdings, only for 6 weeks.. guaranteed returns. I bought a couple.

Payout Mar 28th/9th depending if you were 'Private' or 'Corporate'. Shoulda waited til the Monday 1st.. more suitable.

Apr1st comes nothing.. Christopher Andrews rings to apologise for delay.. Cyprus and the restrictions on monies leaving the country.. Hilton having all their funds in Cyprus (of course... Cayman Islands too obvious...) affected.. but a new buyer found at lesser price.. just waiting for lawyers.. Best communicate via the info@.... email, as most of the folks working the phones there will be laid off until required..

2-3 weeks ago, guy calls, says what price they've 'settled' at. Money waiting, just need to pay another set of fees to repatriate the shares.. If the 'fee' came out of my returns, then for some reason, it would have meant the end share price would have been lower, because the payout would be lower than if they paid out full price. Not how normal share dealing occurs but hey... Its Portugal... so I thought..

    Yes I bit..

Now, no replies from Mr Andrews, info@, or the phone. You get the South African voice saying 'we can't take your call right now', then garbled Portuguese. If you press 0 you get put through to a switchboard. I got a girl with not great English. All she could do is email Amber Crest.

I had read on here folks investing 70K etc. If they're BS ex-MF folks grandstanding then sod them, but whilst my total outlay was less than a tenth of that.. it's the fact that the money I had been counting on has been lost.. and personal budgets blown for the next few months.

You see these things on WatchDog etc.. and I thought I was being cautious only putting a little bit in..

    Obviously not cautious enough

Did I say I wasn't an idiot? Kinda admit that in the username, but thanks for the support, kiddo.

One thing that was 'promised' was at least partially real. The fabled Nick Faldo Golf Course. I'd looked up references online. Faldo announced it years back. Since then others have been announced by his company, and opened. I found nothing about any developments in that area, until last week or so.

I found a blog entry where a guy had been involved with the proposal and overseen the project for a while. Pics of before/during on there, pics of Faldo overlooking the area. Explanation of tech difficulties, etc. He does say that no work has been done on that project as far as he's aware since the money dried, in 2009.

He doesn't say if it was to do with Pearl Island or any other project.

The posts above are possibly a sign that Michael Nascimento has read about Daniel Snelling, and shat his pants as a consequence...

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-23673 ... -4-5m-scam.html

    http://www.newsshopper.co.uk/news/10559530.Ch ... nvestment_scam/

Being caught fraudulently running dodgy investment firms no longer means just being struck off as a director and a slap on the wrist. It means 'picking up the soap in the prison showers' for many years. Michael might want to speak to his brother Will and cousin Fabio for advice on that one...
Michael also knows that if he's convicted, he can have all his assets seized under the Proceeds Of Crime Act.

If investors pursue getting Michael prosecuted, he'll either:

A: Panic, and launder some of his drugs money into a sister company to purchase the Ponta Do Pargo or Pearl Island assets in order to give clients a return and keep them quiet whilst retaining the Ponta Do Pargo and Pearl Island land.
    or
B: Arrogantly continue ignoring investors like Daniel Snelling did, except when the police come calling and looks into Michael's assets, they'll uncover his drug supplying/dealing and other shadow businesses he uses to cover that. After which he'll lose all his assets which will be seized under the Proceeds Of Crime act in order to compensate investors, and end up in jail...

In order to present this choice to Michael please report Michael to:

    http://content.met.police.uk/Site/reportingfraud

    http://www.bis.gov.uk/insolvency/Companies/investigations-hotline

    http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

    http://www.stopfraud.gov/report.html

    http://www.sfo.gov.uk/

As well as reporting to these bodies, also notify Tony Hethrington (daily mail) and Andrew Penman (The Mirror) as they have previously reported on Morgan Forbes and/or it's sister companies. This should add weight to or speed up the process of any investigation, as it did with Tullett Brown.

When reporting this as a fraud, whether it be to the police, or any other bodies please send them a copy of the brochures you were sent by Morgan Forbes or one of it's sister companies, highlighting the timelines and land values mentioned in them. This should be investigated as fraud as investors were due a return last year but have heard virtually nothing since (MF have taken the money and ran), also the plots are riculously over-valued, with the Pearl Island plot apparently costing Michael only about £6000.... This being because the plot can only ever be used for agricultural purposes, with planning permission for any other usage being near impossible.

Anyone investors reporting this to the Metropolitan Police, via the link above, as a victim should be entitled to compensation under the Proceeds Of Crime Act, or through the seizure of any of Michaels other assets via the County Courts if he is found guilty of fraud.

If Michael's reading this he now has a choice, either give investors a return or lose it all and join Daniel Snelling in prison, and have your daughter grow up telling all her friends that she doesn't see her dad because he's behind bars... your choice!

Whilst I agree that the time has come for all investors to report this fraud, can anyone who has already done so point to the correct place for this type of crime.

Yes, I can see all the links provided above, but it would seem sensible for us to all use the same office so as to have a concise single point we contact, rather than the likely scatter gun approach we will get if we chose either different offices or even contact all of them.

    Any help would be appreciated.

It's not the scatter gun effect. All the links above are for five separate agencies that will conduct their own investigations and then liaise with each other.

The more agencies/organisations we have involved in the investigation against Michael Nascimento, the more seriously the case will be treated, and the more efficiently it can be dealt with.

So the [***] that refused to have sympathy to my story (I wasn't asking for any, but wasn't need to kick me further..) was Mr Nasc himself?

Dropped guy at Mail an email, he mentioned Mr N is apparently linked with OPI of Canary Wharf, I should contact the Action Fraud bit of the Police (which seems to be online fraud only, it seems) and not much else..

So if we get in touch with who, who do we get put on a beneficiary list(long as it will be) when the [***] hits the [***]?

Just google 'Michael Nascimento' and 'Bexley'.

His address is in the public domain so there's no data protection breach. It's probably the Pearl Island money paying for the extension on his house!

Hi, I am not sure of how I came to this site but it looking for info on Berkeley Brookes LLC investment in Madeira by a company called First Capital Wealth all professional looking websites. Again operating from 37Th Floor
    1 Canada Square Canary Wharf
    London
    E14 5AA
Director I beleive to be Tyler Jackson
Does anyone think these are linked?

Tyler Jackson is the son of Lynn Howard (a personal friend of Michael Nascimento), who is the director of Galisard on behalf of Michael Nascimento.

That 37th floor, 1 Canada Square address is the same address as Oakmount & Partners, which is run by Glenn King who worked for Michael Nascimento at Morgan Forbes. Looks like he still works for him....
