fca/fsa are set up to protect the fools that invest in these scams,all the mentioned companies state we are to create wealth through offshore investment,emerging markets BRICS,and so on those who fall for this patter have only themselves to blame.

Berkley Brookes web site states they are located in Madeira,our land investments are subject to planning consent!!, same old same old as they say,the directors of all these outfits have never built a project .

There will be no news letter,re:pearl island up date,everyone has gone to ground.

If any,what is the connection with morgan forbes,first capital wealth and berkley brookes,the two companies f.c.w. and b.b. have been shut down by the authorities,they appear to have some madeira office,though at this stage nothing is very clear.

Yes, your are right nothing is very clear, that's the smoke and mirrors effect. which in turn allows them to run, hide but carry on trading using another shell company. From what I can see Morgan Forbes sold shares in a project called Pearl Island, then the project got taken over by Acropolis who in turn sold it to Ambercrest who have become invisible, only to be replaced by a company called Berkley Brookes also looking like they are selling the same project and selling on their behalf yet another company called First Capital Wealth, so I would suggest the connection is the project itself, which probably means that the company name may change but the people running it don't. hope this helps.

It must now be clear to those who invested in these companies they were taken for ride,i knew there was no intention to build a hotel and villas etc i hope the fsc/fsa get to grips with the directors of all companies involved.

That's Michael Nascimento's claim that he had nothing to do with Amber Crest, out the window....

I am not surprised that they have the same address in Madeira as it is a virtual office that is used my many companies and is not staffed and directs E-mails to the various companies mainly in the UK.

I am an investor in the Hotel and Pearl Island and I believe that Michael and the hotel is genuine and we will see our returns but agree that Amber Crest are a bit worrying as Lynn Howard and her son Tyler Jackson have a dodgy past and we have not received the promised update at the end of November.

If I do not hear from Amber Crest about my investment by 1st January 2014 I have some "friends" that will play them at their own game and get very personal with them and I am confident they will be more than happy to give me my investment back plus interest and I am finalising plans now.

You wil only see returns when the hotel and villa's are built,as yet there is no start of any building work.

So how long until you decide until that will never ever happen?

Both projects are to sell the land to a develpoer so will see the returns when the land is sold and as there are buyers for both projects land and I know the hotel is going through this process but do not have a clue why Amber Crest are not doing this as it is the best way for them to get their returns as well as the investores

What a load of old noesense,these projects have been going on for 4 years,where is the consent to build on this land.

If you are really Lynn Howard why dont you tell the investors why you did not give them a 6 monthly update on their investment in Pearl Island as promised for November 2013.

Why when all the shares were sold you formed another company called Berkeley Brooks and tried to sell the shares again through First Capital Wealth in the UK before it was closed down by the FCA.

As the PDM has been approved why you dont sell the land to to the company with the promissory contract and get your returns and the investors their returns as well.
