For any Morgan Forbes, Amber Crest, Acropolis SGPS, First Capital Wealth clients who invested in Ponta Do Pargo or Pearl Island and have not been updated I would strongly suggest taking out a charge order via a County or High Court against Michael Nascimento's home address:

Michael would have to attend court and prove that contrary to rumours, he actually owned the land in Ponta Do Pargo (and that it wasn't on an option agreement) and that the returns and deadlines in the brochures were realistic. If he doesn't turn up to court there will be a default judgement in your favour, then you can simply get the high court sheriffs or bailiffs to seize items from his property to the value of your investment.

Otherwise when the police catch up with him, they'll seize all his possessions (like the sports cars seized in the arrests yesterday) and investors will be left with nothing.

As well as the villa's and boutqiue hotel,back in june 2010 shares had also been sold in an  apart hotel project this is claimed on morgan forbes web site a place in the sun.

So where did that go, and has someone actually posted the land is being sold?

Look up page 32,December 13th 2013,sounds nonesense to me the land was purchased to build villa's and a hotel,and that is why investors invested in the project,as yet after many years no sign of a brick being laid,even the golf course has been constructed.

I am assuming in your reply to me that point you have made in regard to the golf course is mistyped as you are saying it has been constructed, but assume you meant has no been constructed.

The golf course is said to be under construction,it is not known if the course is complete and opened,i am looking into this matter and i will post on this site when i have the information.

Hi, I agree someone needs to explain why replies are being removed, over to you ' moderator'

I have been posting about the Ponto Prago golf course,yesterday my post was removed,to update at the end of 2010 work was halted on the course the work was about half way completed,lack of government funding brought this about,it is not known when work will start again,so what is the state of play with the hotel and villa's.

We remove posts that violate the terms of services of the website. In particular, it's against the TOS to post under several nicknames pretending to be different people.
