I'm a victim and I too have spoken to MNS lawyers and they have confirmed to me MN would not be managing the completion of the project as it would be undertaking by his lawyers and we would get our share value. I dislike MN however the land is real and of value. I suggest speaking to the lawyers. Thank you

The so called project will never be completed there are no funds to do so.The whole set up was a fraud from day one.

Your clearly someone that is not close to him as if you had done your research and been to madeira you will of known it was real but got out of control. I do believe they over sold but it's real and does have value. I have also found out that michael has been in prison for two months now.

You are obviously not an investor as if you were you would have received the third of seven letters from the FCA that states "In cases prosecuted by the FCA we obtain restraint orders where possible so that individuals who have suffered financial loss from the criminality can be compensated if those responsible are convicted.

At the beginning of the criminal investigation the FCA took out a court order to seize the world wide assets of the people being investigated and are going to trial.The amount of money seized may not be enough to compensate all investors monies but they will get some of their money back.

If you are an investor then the only way you will get any money back is for MN to be convicted.

Someone on here gave his new address and a lady said he was in prison.I don't really care all I want is my money back.

All investors money spent by M.N. others etc,flash cars purchased boats the lot.

If you are an investor in Pearl Island you should know what is happening as the FCA have sent six letters and an E-mail to keep people informed of events.There will also be an update letter this coming week.
