Well well well... looks like MN's cousins are selling Ponta do Pargo now. Fabio Rodrigues has got family members to sell for him and based in Madeira. Naughty, naughty.

It was assumed the FCA had frozen all assets.

It doesn't stop people continuing to see land which they do not own. Fabio Rodrigues, Igor Rodrigues, Simon Nascimento, Tiago Nascimento and more family members. Looks like the Nascimento family are all crooks. All living in Madeira operating from Fabio's mum's apartment.

Investors received an update E-mail last month.
One of the topics that was mentioned were internet reports where people claim to be well informed but they are at best speculative and often simply wrong.
They also said that the asset restraining orders they have obtained apply worldwide and therefore include any assets in Madeira.
Do your really think that MN would try to get family members to sell the land in Ponta do Pargo which they would be unable to sell and risk more charges in court.

I didn't say MN has got family members to sell anything in Madeira. What I do know is that, MN and Fabio Rodrigues fell out a couple years ago and as the land is in Fabio Rodrigues name, Fabio has continued to sell without MN knowledge and recently got other family members involved. Fabio Rodrigues did 3-4 years in jail for handling firearms in UK and then got deported to Madeira with a ban from coming back to the UK. Fabio needed a way to make money and so got involved.

I am surprised you have not mentioned MNs cousin Fabio Nascimento.

How can they sell this? Should the fca not intervene? I can see that I will be losing all my money regardless of the outcome. Has anyone made the fca aware of this? Also how do you know they are selling this?

The Pearl Island or Hotel land cannot be sold by anyone as it has a restraining order placed on it by the FCA.If anyone on here says differently they are wrong.

So why is Michael still selling this dame site to new private investors.  I had another call from them called Oak mount and partners selling this investment.  Seems like Michael will not be stopped and the FCA are doing little about it

Why is my name being brought in to this?
I worked for Micheal in madeira for a few years data clearing and I lived at his apartment and I was asked to be the director of a company called  WALLBERG DILLION REID LIMITED for a short period by Micheal but as far as im aware nothing happened with it he then got Ryan Selby to become the director and that was the end of it from me. Micheal took ryan for a ride. Poor boy. Individuals should be vetted and questioned before becoming company directors in case there not fully aware of the consequences. I will never make this mistake again.

And as far as im aware Fabio has nothing to do with this....the last time I spoke to him he was working on a construction site with his uncle. Cant see him being capable of master minding anything of this calliber and I dont beleive any of there other cousins would ever be involved in anything that Micheal does otherwise they would all be rich....they dont even like Micheal....makes no sense to me.
Also who would be foolish enough to invest in anything to do with the ponto do pargo land if its all plastered over the internet. Only a fool would even consider selling any fake shares and only a bigger fool would but them.

You are absolute correct, Vicky stallon was used in this situation and she has nothing to do with this. But you, you've always knew what you was getting yourself into and now taking advantage of the situation as MN is locked up. Wasn't Vicky stallon a director of Rothborn & Co limited in 2015? Same scam, different company. Yes she was apppointed director of Wallberg Dillion Reid limited but same day Ryan Sell was appointed too, so Vicky Stallon wasn't actually director of that company for more than 24hr. (must of had second thoughts) BUT she was appointed director for Rothborn & Co which to my knowledge didn't do much business at all.

PS. I wonder what Aston Craig is up to these days? I've heard he's gone legit now and staying low since the rest of "the crew" have been pulled. Let's see how long until someone knocks at his mothers house and explains to her what he did all these years for a living... before he gets pulled in and has to explain all these A-LIST names he was using to con people out of thousands. That will be very soon, not to worry and will soon join the others. We are tracking all their moves, will keep everybody posted.
