I can't believe Adrian is being released already. He was sentenced to five years imprisonment just two years ago!!!

The prosecution just started presenting the case today....still to early to say....

Today 27/09/2017, the prosecution are still opening the case.

There are three defendents,any idea where the other three defendents are.?

If you want to follow the case google Southwark Crown Court,click on the Law pages.com,Southwark Crown Court comes up and click on current cases and you will see in court 8 the following people charanjit sandhu,jeannine lewis and michael mendonca nascimento are the three defendents as they pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The other three people being procecuted Hugh Edwards (Herschell),Stuart Rea and Ryan Parker all pleaded guilty before the trial began so as far as I know will not be at the trial but will be sentenced at the end of the trial.

What’s happened!? Have they pleaded guilty!?

No idea,maybe J.L. is answering questions to a separate part of the case that has nothing to do with M.N. or C.S.

Sandhu and Nascimento are back in court this afternoon but were not on the register this morning.

As far as i can tell all three have been in court every day of the trial,maybe there are circumstances where one,two or all of them are not in the court room.I any of the three defendents were going to plea guilty they would have done that on the first day of the trial before the jury were sworn in,in my opinion.

M.N,C.S,J.L, not in court today another case is being heard in court number 8.

As stated M.N., C.S., J.L., do not appear on the court register today.
