- JoyI answered the phone to what sounded like an Indian voice who said he was calling from the Wellness Centre. After about 4 mins answering questions about my health I asked him exactly why had he phoned me. He said he wanted me to start taking something else instead of the tablets from my doctor. Eventually, after another few mins talking, I insisted that he tell me what it was he wanted me to take and he said Rose Hip seeds. I then put the phone down.

Have also filed complaint to TPS, the more people that do that the more trouble we can cause for them although I suspect it will just mean that the TPS will kick them off. They do work with Ofcom though so here's hoping numerous complaints will mean a lot more trouble.- Caller: Sanda wellbeing

- EricMark Schultz (German surname, Asian accent) spent an hour on the phone trying to sell me Rosex/gopo. Told me he was the manager of Wellbeing Centre in Buckingham and was anxious to get my first lot in the post immediately, after which he would doubtless have wanted bank details. When I resisted he gave me a URL to check the product and said he would ring back next day. This he did but, suspecting a scam, I still refused to do business with him. He was not happy and I had to terminate the call. The address he gave me for Wellbeing Centre I found by research online to relate to Sandawellness, but whether there is a connection or not I don't know. On finding your site I breathed a sigh of relief that I didn't enter into any agreement with that organisation. I am registered with the Telephone Preference Scheme and am ex-directory, so how he knew me by name, and the fact that I am elderly, I cannot guess

very rude telephone manner - Sanda Wellbeing replies to Byron| 4 repliesDear Byron
Firstly I must apologise for the problems you have experienced with Sanda Wellness and I hope that we can work towards a successful resolution of your current situation.
Due to the issues being raised by our valuable customers on websites such as these we have taken a series of steps to ensure that we operate in a professional manner.
1. We no longer allow our sales staff to handle the customer service.
2. We have implemented a UK based team to aid any customers who experience anything but the highest levels of service from us.
Our Chairman is insistent that our brand is managed and represented correctly and to that end has instructed his immediate PA to manage all complaints directly. In effect this means that unhappy customers like you now have a direct route to the top of our company and any problems can be rectified with the minimum of fuss.
To proceed, I invite you to contact Bali Bailey on complaints@sandawellbeing.com (Direct, UK managed, email address) with details of your problem and she will rectify it for you as a matter of urgency.
I would also like to welcome the circulation of this email address to anyone who needs it, as Sanda is far from a ‘Scam’ company but is a dynamic, forward thinking outfit.
I appreciate that this approach is unorthodox and may receive some sceptical comments but I hope that, in time, our actions will prove the doubters wrong.
Yours Sincerely
Bali Bailey

Sanda Wellbeing - phone callWas rung by a man who called himself Leroy. Said he was from Well Being. Asked to speak to Mr or Mrs.... Advised neither available and if I could take a message. I asked for his telephone which he kept avoiding in giving. Asked the name of the organisation and it's address. He stated it as : Wellbeing, Wokingham MK18 1RT. With the phone number I dialed 1471 to trace back the number which came up as 0208 6190746. Does anyone know how to block this particular number? He has insisted that he will call back rather than leave any messages or contact tel number.!

they should be shot i reckon;p - Charles John Patterson| 1 replyFed up with this number calling me.
Never enough time to get to the phone to answer it
At 63 and in bad health how do we stop such calls - SueI just received a call from this number saying they were a Wellness Centre operating in my area. The caller asked me if I had arthritis to which I answered no, and then any other health problems. Again I said no and she asked me my secret! I asked her for more details of what the call was about and she rambled something about health and senior citizens. I said I wasn't a senior citizen (I'm 46) and she immediately hung up without another word. It's very worrying to read other comments on here and particularly concerning that older people are being targeted.
- John GeeHappens reularly. Asian voice male or female. Start off with 'Hello how are you today. Can I speak to Mr John please?'
Want to really P*** them off? Answer the phone, let them I.D. themselves, them say 'just a momemt
I've dropped my pen', lay the 'phone down and go for a cup of tea. They are paying for the call, soon get fed up and hang up after a couple of minutes.
Unless of course you are expecting someonewlse to cal, then tell them to 'go away' and hang up.
We usually get these calls in the evening as we're sitting down to dinner or Saturday mornings between

I told her this was a business number and the person wasn't here. I then asked to be removed from any list they had.

MK18 1RQ - Paul DAlmost unintelligible call from "Barbara"; trying to sell something; told her repeately that we are on TPS and then got the company details from here, including an incorrect phone number (when compared with 1471). Just irritating for me, but could take in people with medical conditions. Reported to TPS.
