Yes I also know a litle bit about this company........d real name of dis company is silicon solution....nd its based in salt lake,kolkata(india)......nd d owner's name of dis company is Mr.john.nd unfortunatly he has 3 pets for himself first name is gary,who called him self as michel lee,2nd is jack [***] basterd,,,,nd last one is jeff morrison who was actualy a theif nd a begger as well.........thats all I know abt dis company .......thanks.

I also got a call from this number, saying they were Global IT protection for Microsoft. I spoke with Sam Eousaja with Employee ID number BIS0542 and he claimed he didn't want to sell me anything and to trust him he only wants to help me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt while keeping my suspicions about him. I went to run and typed in eventvwr and saw all the error messages i had been apparently sending error reports to them about. Sam kept calling me Ma'am which I told him to stop as soon as the call started but he kept calling me ma'am and i kept getting more n more angry. As Sam was getting no where with me and my questioning him of why he just call me at home and waste my time, I advised if there was something wrong to come n fix it. Then Jeff got on the phone and advised that since my warranty had run out My software had not kept up with the latest software and i needed a new warranty. So, I advised that Sam told me he would not sell me anything and that I would hand his ass to the ombudsman. If I bought something that ran out of warranty, the appliance would still work. How stupid do they think Australians are??!! I want to find out who these [***] are and shut them down. They knew what town I was in and everything. I am also registered with the do not call register and should not have received this call at all...

I too had the same call twice in 2 days time.the guy claimed to be from the customer service of microsoft office located in sydney.After the frst call he conviced me that my computer had some problem and I need to buy  the socurity protection form them it costs $399 for the lifetime warranty.Luckily my husband  came home that time and he found something suspecious.I told him that I will think about it and will call him back.He provided me this no 02 80035397.The next day he called me again to check my decision and I told him"" i am not interested"" . That idiot told that he is going to email the headoffice of microsoft  in Newyork to stop all the technical support and my compuer wil crush down soon.

I feel sorry for people who think that there are genuine companies out there who ring up out of the blue and know about a machine in your house.

Global PC Solutions is what I think they called themself today. This is the 2nd call in as many days - yesterday they wanted to speak to the old woman who lived in the house about 5 years before me - she's dead. They needed to speak to someone about our computer. I grilled him about who  he was and why he was calling and why would I confirm any information to a stranger over the phone.

Call today didn't ask for anyone or to confirm anything they just wanted to talk about my computer because 'your computer is taking 10-15 seconds to boot up' - I call that pretty good. 'When browsing the internet it is sometimes slow and pauses' - no it doesn't. I played along and asked her how did she know this? Had they hacked my computer to find out? 'no no mam' - well how else could you know these things? (that aren't true) you must have hacked my computer! Or is it just marketing rubbish? Stop reading from your script and do not call me again. She didn't really get chance to speak much!

I just read your above messages, and let me tell you guys that i am personally very much aware of this company (SILICON SOLUTION) as i was a 1 of their so called customer. these people called me up and said that they are Microsoft Technicians,as well as they are receiving some error and warning messages from my computer.I was scared about my computer and so these people took the advantage of it and charged $399 for 10 years service. but eventually few days later these people used to give fake calls and as well as used to misbehave with me and do irritate me by ill behaving.
Later when these people became frank with me after apologizing  and 1 of their agent was flirting with me, somehow he said that the name of the owner of that company was Mr. Alkesh Biyani. Then i got to know. that all of these people are bunch of [***], who are trying to [***] all the Australians citizens.

Scam call today.  Routine much as above. I'm computer savvy.  Pretending they have messages from my computer indicating that it's infected.  The same eventvwr sequence .. "the yellow triangles and red circles indicated the problems" (nonsense).   Tel no 02 8003-5398, one of the three I spoke to "Daniel Martin staff number 0643".  All Indian.  Address "Unit2/13 Chifley Park Drive, Sydney".  Didn't know my email address, couldn't tell me how they'd got the messages, till  ... "found by surveyors in my area on random survey".  Couldn't explain how random surveyors could have picked  anything up.  Supposedly knew my name and tel number "from data I'd supplied MS when I loaded Windows" (nonsense), but had said they were NOT employed by MS and couldn't then explain how MS had given them my data (obviously from the tel book).  Didn't know what version of Windows I was using, or any of my computer names.  Obviously knew nothing.

"Global IT Technicians".  Wouldn't say how they got paid for their service.  Finally asked me to enter the site "www.support.me" and their technician, who was "Certified by MS" would go through my computer and fix it.  I bet he would.  Told him it sounded like a scam and he fizzled out.  An interesting 15 min call.  Moral for those who know nothing about computers - NEVER pay any attention to callers.  No one legit cold-calls

scam call  said his name was Jeffery Morris  staff number ad16820 they will try to take control of your computer using event viewer saying you have lots of errors with your computer then they try to get you to buy there product asking for credit card number or method of payment beware and forward on this warning had him ring back they make it sound like they are in a office with lots of people around he only rang back because i wanted to check him right out , lol had him on speaker phone so the family could hear he said hello this is Jeffery from Microsoft my answer was hello Jeffery how much did you scam out of people today , never got a answer he just hung up don't ya hate that i had heaps of thing to say lol o well i don't think Jeffery is going to ring me back lol

Hey i have also worked in this type of scam company! When i came to knw that its a fake company than at that point of momment i leaved that company by just saying "mF keep your job with yourself! Actually they operate at back of police knowledge! And please dont pay them anything! And you will be shocked by knowing that many callers are not even adult! B carefull!

India have many fine call centre too like barclays,IBM,HDFC,city,American express,wipro and so on but these guys will never ring you for any useless work! They only do serious business! And i have been selected for barclays! If i'll do good over ther than they can shift me to U.K :) but the thing is that i have to clear some tests before i join their office! Please wish me luck

Received a call on the 14th July at the time I was under time constraints being on the farm and being evening with animals to feed and tea to prepare.  I should have asked them to phone back at a later time and then looked into it more closely.  I will next time.  I now know I was scammed but they still assure me that a tax invoice will be sent.  I don't believe them.  I have spoken to Rose and Jeff Morris so beware

I got a call from an indian beggar he calls himself Jeff morrison..he said that he was from the technical department which is based in sydney. he said there is some problem in my computer nd he will help me to fix it up...he looks like so genuine that he convence me to pay $400. i told him that i had to speak with my local tech man but he enroll me in such a manner that i not only paid him $400  i paid more $230 for the Antivirus security for life time... once i hang up the call i find that it was a scam as i heard on tv. not only i replace my computer i aslo blocked my bank account to get rid of those scam.but it was too late for me. the payment was done..
these scammers are gud in wat they are doing so try to stop them..

yes!!!!!!! i totally agree with this but everyone is not doing scam and i believe that there are some company who wants to provide service into our computer through remote access and i have already got the service for long 2 years.....and i paid $225 for 2 years.....they provided me quickheel anti-virus, they upgraded my windows twice with a valid registration key...and will agree this...companies name is urpccare.....

The trick to avoid this kind of SCAM, ask them this Question: "If you say that you recieve warning messages from my computer tell me my Public IP address please". I've just tried it and they said ahh we have all the details of you you need to belive us but they couldn't tell me my public IP address. The thing is, the public IP address can be seen via tracking softwares. So if anyone tells you something like this, they should be able to tell you your public IP address and your internet provider in some cases if they call you on behalf of the provider.

If they can't give you this info. don't bother talking to these idiots.

this morning we had a indian man call up saying we had problems sending virus messages to there computer the said it was microsoft in sydney the gave us a call back number 02)80035397 they were pushing for credit card details and when we said no they asked if we could get one of a friend family member when we said we were not interested then the guy ask if i was interested in sex then hung up names of people were Shane, Alex Murphy and a couple more we didnt get!!!! also they gave another number GR0755

Be Aware of Indian technicians calling you regarding your PC having problems. They know you have a problem..they might be the same people who impersonate the problem to your PC. They'll tell you that they are doing support on behalf of Microsoft. They will ask you to do a run to see the log of all the problems that you've been having. They will tell you that your Microsoft warranty has expired so some programmes stopped working. They will not charge for the support but you will have to pay for a new registration fee for life which costs $399. Please tell them that you've heard this before and you are not interested. It is a scam. As soon as I finished with them my computer worked as normal.

yeh i had nice 26min convo with their manger about this and he was trying to tell me this was not a scam and that my windows computer. on problem with this is the fact that we all have mac's at our house, oh what a bummer for them. got into a augment about how this won't work on my mac but he said it would even tho I'm using mac and that the get the problem reports from apple, so i asked him what does the new iPhone look it, he said "sorry sir I'm not authorised to tell you that. than he went on about how he was calling from Sydney even tho my phone said overseas.

computer companies will never call you about a problem you will always have to call them, keep that in mind

Keep one simple logic in your mind that :
how any one can get to know about your problems ?? So never ever trust anyone who is asking you for money on call! I love india but i hate those scam call centres runing in a full swirl over there........and remember one thing that MICROSOFT never call anyone and they dont have any TECHNICAL PARTNERS. So whenever any one call you regarding your computer security just ask them to F_#K off
