I got this call yesterday. That's just annoying.It seems like a crank call. I couldn't manage to return the call as it keeps on going to the fax tone. That's just terrible!!! please stop calling me. [***]

Been getting harassed by a company called DES options (since found out it was a scam not having invested with them though) after not answering their private or "777" number whatever that is they called from this number.

this number calls at 12:30 every night who is it and where can i find them.

Had the same call today I naturally wanting to know who the hell it was called back and got a automatic message saying we regret that all lines to the area you have dailed are busy please try again later... what the heck!

omg I was reading back on all of this and I have recently joined Twitter too!

I work for T*^st*a I have been called by this number a few times and decided to investigate.. (Unofficialy)

This is an in-dial number from a PRI(ISDN) service. They can be set for out bound calls only(one way call traffic) which is what calling card companies and skype do. This means you cannot call the number back. It is possible that it is many different people using skype. The number will always show up as 02-8209-4700 regardless of what user is making the call..

I have done some further checking and this is an Optus wholesale service. This can be reported to Optus however if it is Skype or similar there is no recourse as there are no laws to stop individuals making random phone calls (unless they are threatening)

got this call on my three different mobile nos.since yesterday and today. tried to ring back it is not ringing, it just said 'line is busy'.The no. appears to be the same at the above no.02-8209-4700.Makes me wonder how much privacy to have now a days?

This number is used when people use calling cards from overseas there are a lot of numbers like this. People can also make calls from the internet, I also got a call this morning but i did not answer. ITS WAS EARLY. Im sure they are scam artist. Dont get involved.

Got my first call from this number this morning, 8:34AM... rings twice, answered, caller hung up. Better not be the start of a repetitive action! I'm in Sydney, AU

I'm from Adelaide. Just got a call from them about 5 mins ago 1:10pm Wed. I think I used to get calls from this number late last year. I rang back and it rang then said "sorry all our lines are busy" in an American accent!

the calls from this number are romance scammers / 417 scam, all to do with $$$$ and they are most likely Nigerian.

Just got a call as well, they left a message, a woman saying hello hello before hanging up.

The number is obviously a calling card company  number. A customer of mine from Dubai has called me on my mobile and sometimes this number shows up.

Im from Adelaide and received Phone call from this number 5 mins ago 12:15. Had some lady speaking in some asian dialect (maybe Thai or Malaysian)... she repeated the same word 3 times... and then I hung up.
