Just got a call from 03-78491300, twice just now. I didn't pick up the phone coz I tak kenal mah. I tried calling back to see if it's some back or something but no one pick up.

Now that I have seen this page regarding this number, I already blocked this number and go straight to my voice mail. I NEVER check my voicemail one. lol.

received this call claiming they from Standard Chartered. Never bother to entertain n tell them im busy :P

I received a call. A lady told she was calling from Air Asia Insure....

I received a call from 03-78491300 & 03-78491000 (5:12pm, 25/8/11), a Malay lady speaking claimed she is from Maybank and would like to offer CPP plan for Maybank credit card new holder but need to pay RM98 per annum then ask my personal detail like full name, IC, mailing address and credit card 15 digits. I'm so so so STUPID...

Received a call from this number. Saying that from EON/HLB. Introduce Medical Card.

I just received it too, it got too long I told her to cancel it, but then I have already given my IC, and stopped at the mailing address. It's for an Eon Bank Life plan covergae blah blah blah *wasn't paying attention* They have my full name and home phone oledi. Must be due to the Eon Bank +Hong Leong, both banks do this stupid things =.= Last time I asked to send policy in black and white for me to read and agree, the guy tried to dilly dally.

this [***] called about 1754 hrs today and then we off it, but she called 2nd time, when i answered who? etc, no answer n then when we called back, line busy and then later no body picks up at all...

Wondering why banks or insurance company as the caller claimed need to so such sales in such way!

I just a call from this number : 03-78491300, been calling me to sell me the coverage plan for the EON bank credit card, said that it will pay my overdue payment without charges, and if due too long ago, it only charge me 60cent per 100 ringgit over due.. WTH.. why such bank got this type of services, next call i never pick up and third call they said wanted to get my IC number to verify, and home address, i told them the bank should have all my detail and they said want to verify, then i ask them to repeat and they just cut off... what the hell.. pro abit la.... wanted to cheat also not sure how to cheat... !@#$%^&*()

Easily block the incoming call from this number already. hehe...

Me too received calls from 79841300 or 79841000, Malays lady or guy who called. Using diff credit card company (MBF, UOB) when introduced themselves. I never bother that.

Anybody could teach me how to blocked the number?

yeah.. this numbers often interfere. when I lift the phone they hang up. fortunately I remembered I browse the internet ..thanks guys...

I also recieved this call today 10-10-2011.. 18:00 hours.. but having allot of static.. so I just put down the phone.. but they never call anymore.

i also received the same call 2 hours ago but haven't sign up the cpp plan during the call.
so did you get registered to the plan or is it just a scam?

Telemarketing sale Prudential Insurance, Just call Prudential to confirm and they said it was true, some insurance policy is only have via telephone.

Erm make sure get the others number from them to confirm back..

been receiving calls from both 79841300 and 79841000, so happened i was on one line with one telemarkerter, then the other line called, i hung up on both. Telemarkerter seems to claim their company covers insurance for CC theft, seems odd cause they seem to be covering all credit cards, so i gotta give all my CC details, etc,etc.....think im dumb yeah rite!

gonan call and complain to maybank why the hell those telemarkerting co have my details
