I was charged by O2 for about 14 of these while I was in Cuba. Have placed a complaint and asked for a refund from O2...

My wife has just been charged over £400 for txt msg from the number above, it to comes up on her itemized bill as the O2 message centre number.Her latest bill also has some late additions to the tune of £175 from the same number..
Is there anything that can be done about this?

I have approached o2 to have the account investigated but have to wait up to five days for a decision "witch is a bit harsh", feel quit pi**ed of with O2 right now I been a customer for like 25 years.

Has anyonw else had a simuler situation? or what dd you do??

SMS sender audit has no name however further audit shows this is a Call Centre text. An Amy proposes to sell a VW campervan as a private seller on ebay  BUT vehicles are NOT covered by ebay refund policy (Amy says she will deliver VW free of charge and refund if don't like). VW condition/price too good to be true. Am NOT allowed to view VW prior paying via PayPal. VW NOT in location advertised on ebay. This Call Centre tel no is being used to hide a scam.

I received message from these saying I am eligible for tax refund. When I don't work. Saying go to website http://hmrc.on data.is-certified.com/info. It was in text message titled info. Don't know what they are getting out of it.

What action did 02 take ?

I got a text message from this number purporting to be in respect of Tax Return, stating  'IMPORTANT: your tax rebate est upto £2479 has not been submitted.  Submit now and get processed today'. Codes are attached.

Received a text from this number with the words "PayForIT Charge". £9.00 has been taken from my phone balance.  I never use my phone to purchase, never subscribe to paid texts, I don't even surf the net with my phone - I have a PC for that - so I haven't accidentally clicked a link without realising.

The message details indicates that the text originated in the UK.

On holiday in Florida. I am being charged 41p + vat for texting 07802000332, multiple times per day. I do not text or call when abroad and do not know this number. Query with o2 with little help will have to sort out on my return.

Scam number asking me to click link to update bank details on my NatWest account.

I don't bank with NatWest.

It's a scam. Block and delete

Got message that I have appointment in medical centre. I was actually awaiting one and almost fall for it but it turned out to be sham. They even have web page for that medical centre and if one cannot attend suggest to text CANCEL to 07800000199 which is scam and either premium rate or database builder. Scam nevertheless. Don't respond to them in any way.

I am on holiday in Republic of Ireland since 27 Sept and I have been charged for 31 text mrssages @ 12.5  pence each to the following number 0780 2000 332. Is this some sort of scam, perhaps relating to roaming? I am very concerned because I am going to Spain on Friday 4th Oct for one week and don't want to keep getting these.charges!!

Received a text message from "DHL Parcel" saying I have a parcel due for delivery. I am not expecting a parcel so was suspicious. The phone number in the text message is +4478020003 and I was surprised to see a mobile number instead of a landline. I suspect that this is a premium rate number and their intention is that I call it to query the unexpected delivery. Needless to say I won't be calling it.

Keep getting messages but they now appear to be fraudulent. They say it is from Barclays Bank

I have had phone calls claiming my Amazon prime is up for renew and if I push 1 on my telephone it will direct me to customer service it's is a scam Amazon don't call there customers randomly so it's a fake caller wath out this is the number 07834510638
