always directed 2 ansa phone when u ring it

It's the Voicemail Server number for Orange PCS....

when i tried to phone it i got a answer machine that asked me to put in my orange mobile number.who is it?

I got a missed call from this number but when I listened to the voice mail all i could hear was a droning noise and some other weird noises

it is orange, they are phoning because you have not paid your bill.............just like me

This was on my mobile voice mail. I thought at first it was an accidentally dialed call to me - all I could hear was a mumbled conversation and laughter in the background - the sort you get when someone dials your number accidentlally and doesn't know their phone is on, but after 8 minutes(!) a voice said 'thats long enough' and the call stopped.

I received a call from this number and it was voicemail from someone I know albeit someone who I dont want to speak with.  What is going on?

received a text from this number: you have a message from 02071060700 left @11.32 on 5/11 which will be deleted.

Obvious scam?

I received a text from this number at 11:15 this morning saying you have a message from 01619352100 that was left on the 10/11 which will be deleted.  I thought "Uh, What? How can that b? Really weird. I also thought it was from one of my friends as her mobile starts 07973. How can this be?  I thought only mobile phone numbers started with 07.

Ive just recieved a text from the text saying that i have a message from 02076635436, weird!!!!

Just got a text from 07973100123 (5th Dec) saying.  "You have a new message from 07815973189 left on 16/11 which will be deleted".  

How can it be a new message if it was left over 2 weeks ago!

well i got a message like this ( you have a new message from 01772455133 at 15:35 on 20/11 which will be deleted.  ) that came from a number of +447973100123 and i did a little checking the number thay said that left a message is the following.

Fax:     01772455133  <<<< that number left a message ( i dont think so )

and i live mile's away from there and never been there or even know anyone from that area.

my advise is pritty simple check the number's before you ring it as you can find the number if you look for it and it will tell you if it's a fax machine which 100% of the time you get them it would be.

I just got (today) same message as Ross and the others, dated 25/11. But the number is my housemate's, so I don't think it's a scam. I think it's an Orange voicemail number, but why they want to delete it and tell me 3 weeks later I have no idea.

It is oranges voicemail number, it is not a scam.

I don't know how this number ended up on my phone, I think I had a missed call from it or something. But the other day I also got a message from that number saying 'You have a new message from [my number] left at 23:28 on 10/12 which will be deleted'. I tried to text the number back asking who it was but the message would not send. I am confused!!

I get several of these annoying texts on a regular basis i.e. every month, although what I don’t get is; I don’t know why in the text it claims that someone under a number that I don’t even know has left me a message because there are no messages in the first place (I’m sure my phone should bleep when I receive a message of any sort), and why an earth delete it for me (if it was a real text, which clearly isn’t - its non of their business if I want to delete it or not, why should they delete it for me??). Plus why notify me via text 3 weeks later or some other random date stating that they are going to delete it if I don’t listen to it??
If I were you I would steer clear and don’t bother replying to any of these text messages you get because it would probably make things worse because they will annoy you even more.
This is one of my recent text message I received a couple of hours back;
Original Text: "An Answer Phone message from <PHONENUMBER> was left for you at 10.12 on 26/03. Please call 123 to listen to it before it is automatically deleted." (I’m sure 123 is a automated talking clock)!!

I had a call from this number yesterday around lunchtime,listened to it and had noise on it like someone was typing on a keyboard and then it stopped.I just deleted it.
