    Your all fools!!! i rang Orange to get a Broadband quote and asked them to call me back when they had the one I wanted available. This is their support number.

    Received a call from this number for the first time today but missed the call due to being at work. No msg left. No clue what its about - my contract isn't up, all the bills are paid (lol)..... I recently upgraded my handset.. but that's it! Having read the posts on here, reluctant to answer if they call again...

    This number, Orange or whoever, calls me at all hours - sometimes in the middle of the night! - and I'm on PAYG, so have no bills to pay, no Broadband to talk about, and haven't asked for any information or quotes from them.  I don't think I even registered my phone with them so it's unlikely they even know my name.  I've just put it on my reject list - people that ring me at 3am don't get their calls answered by me.

    I keep receiving calls from this number. I once even got a txt that freaked me out a bit. I never anwer but i'm tired of receiving the calls any time of day and night.
    Is there something we can do? I've seen there's lots of people with the same problem.
    How do you know for sure it is Orange?

    I got a call just now from 07973100194, I didn't pick it up because I didn't recognise the number. I tried texting it back and it said something like "message barred". :/ I am an orange customer and this is the first time this has happened.

    Appears that the calls are still being made by this number. I've received a missed call from this number at 9pm. I checked on this site as it's not a number I'd recognised. I called back and went to recorded message saying that a member of orange customer services tried to call and would do so again later. I'm not clear from reading the earlier posts whether people were assuming it was orange making these calls because the message said so, or whether orange confirmed that this was genuinely their team. Either way, I'll be emailing orange directly to find out if I get further call backs from this number.

    I have for the last few days received calls from this number.

    They call twice around lunch time.  I have missed all of them except the last one today.  When I answered there was silence and it disconnected after about 5 seconds.

    Really annoying!!!!

    had a call from 07973100194 wanting to speak to my partner (main account holder of our 2 mobiles). I told him he was unavailable and was there a problem with the account. He said yes and asked my name. I only gave him my first name and he said I was authorised to discuss the account, which I hadnt been allowed to do 4 days earlier when they called!
    He asked for my password but as I couldnt remember setting one up with them, I stupidly gave one, got it wrong, was prompted with HOLIDAY as a clue, got it wrong, was told HOTTER then remarkably got it right.
    The caller had all the details of our payments, bills etc and was after setting up a new direct debit that had been cancelled at the bank.
    I told them I would call back Friday to clear the balance and set up the DD. I was given the number 178 to call from the handset which does go through to Orange Customer Services.
    I may have been lucky this time but I didnt think about the info I was giving till it was too late.
    I do however think Orange needs to review its policies on contacting customers in this way.

    i had a phone call of this number this morning, asking me to do a survey.. they asked me for the first letter of my password, so i gave it to them, they said it was incorrect and asked for my dob, postcode and house number.. i no for a fact the password i gave em was right, so i hung up straight away. why should i give them my personal details for a survey?!

    I got 6 bloody phone calls from this number, and they left an answer message, I thought it was my work or something, but then I googled it and it came up with this.
    I wont bother listening to it, they should be careful. Because it could have been an actual emergency, im glad i googled the number.

    It's Orange doing a survey, they say it will be a couple of minutes but I was on for 40 mins with them and no nearern the end of the call. Fortunately my battery died after that. Block the number then they can't even get through
