Got my second call from this number this morning, claiming to be from the Orange collections department. She asked for the first two letters of my password so I gave her two random ones and she accepted them so I knew it was a dodge call. She went on to ask for card details so when I refused to give them to her she got very snotty with me. Phoned my boyfriend (an ex carphone warehouse worker) and he seemed to think its got something to do with them, he said they used to do similar calls about insurance, offering it cheaper than carphone warehouse and getting you to pay for it upfront.

Very annoying.

Just received a call from this number, asked me my date of birth, address etc she then asked me to reset my password (i didnt even realised i had a password.) I recently saw something like this on the Real Hustle and instantly assumed it was a scam. Once i replied saying "i don't feel comfortable doing this over an unsecure line" she replied with "well you have all ready given me a lot of your details." I duly hung up, VERY VERY WEIRD

Had a call today from this number, didnt leave me a message. i think they called my home number as well, but witheld the number. i think they sell our numbers and the excuse is "it is in your contract" which you never see!

Most days they call..... don't knows who it is, or why they call, sick to death of it....

they call every hour almost on the hour, normally when i'm in work so i dont answer, also had calls from the 0845 number claiming to be orange  but again i never answer.
its starting to really really annoy me now especially when my phones goin g off in work, i keep it on for emergencies only

I had a call from the 0845 number this morning - he said he was from Orange and wanted to make sure I knew all the benefits that I had with my phone... I said I was at work and he said he'd call me back after 6 (obviously I will not be answering). I then received a call from the 07973 number which I went to answer but it went dead!! I only just transferred from PAYG to Contract 3 days ago - I can't beleive that Orange are allowed to sell on our details and let us be stalked day and night!!

The lady identified herself as from the Orange customer relation. Called saying they wanted to make sure I was on the best possible plan and asked me for my pin number, they didn't mention any other of my details. When I said I didn't remember she said 'have a guess', which wasn't the most professional thing to say. At that point I got suspicious and hung up.

I got this phone call this afternoon, the lady said she was form Orange, and ask me if I signed up with Orange recently, strangely it was true. And she said I need to set up a password, and ask me date of birth,I didn't give her the info I answered I want to do it online,  and then she said that she got my details in her data, and mentioned some true info about Orange. Because I am a foreigner, I was like: sorry, say again, many times. She lost her patient, and even didn't want to say goodbye to me...then I realized it was a doggy phone call.

This number (along with another) has been ringing me daily for two weeks now. Yet to answer it as I am always at work when they ring. It is getting rather annoying now.

received and answered the phone,offering setting up a password over the phone, I refused as feeling a bit weird

Rang me on Friday afternoon and a woman was on the other end, but she couldn't hear me and hung up. Rang again today at lunchtime but I missed the call.

i keep getting missed calls from this number, i think they might have left me a voice mail too, but i've got no credit so i can't listen to it . i tried texting them but it says error, and today they phoned and i picked up and he said, hello, can i speak to bridie, which is me, so i said yes, speaking, but there's very bad signal in my house so it was breaking up and he said, hi this is gareth and then it went dead .
so, they obviously pass on our details, from what i've read here i don't think it's a legitimate orange customer services or whatever .
[***], i hate orange . ive had loads of trouble with them already, and now this . how do they get away with it ?

07973100194 Had a call from this number, called it back-prerecorded message from Orange. They called again saying they wanted to check that id received my upgraded phone and if everything was ok..then asked for my password! So i told her id forgotten it as i thought it might be a dodgy call. After checking i was satisfied with my plan she told me what my password was, so i guess it was genuine. Didnt tell her anything else tho, just incase. Also got calls from 08450 and 0800 numbers...just dont answer them. If it's really importanat they'll leave a message right!?

I keep getting calls from this number! I answered it about 2 days ago and spoke to some nasty woman, who kept asking for my address, date of birth and NI number. I refused to give any information, and said "I have no idea who you are, so I'm not going to give you my personal details". She replied "Are you deaf or just stupid, I said I was with Orange". I asked to speak to someone in charge but she tutted and put the phone down. I'm now getting calls four or five times daily. I've emailled Orange to see if it was them and await their reply. I will be changing number and moving onto another phone company. When you phone Orange customer services, I might as well be speaking to the village idiot and asking him for help and advice.

I get phone calls from this number every day. Its usually when I am at work so I don't pick it up but I'm on hols today so I tried to answer and there was no-one on the other end!!

I am an Orange PAYG customer so they can't give me a mid contract review or talk about DDs etc.

I tell you one thing though, if they carry on phoning me like this they will lose me as a PAYG customer!!

I had a call from this number, texted it back, got no answer I am indeed on Orange and thank you all for clearing my panic. I have had to change my number three times due to an abuse caller so shame on Orange for worrying me.

Just received a phone call from this number. I answered and the caller "identified" himself as being from Orange, and asked if i was 18 or over. I replied that I wasn't inclined to give any information out over the phone, and that even though he said he was from Orange i have no proof of that. He said 'well im telling you im from orange, if you want to call 450 from your handset it'll prove that i am calling from Orange' and promptly hung up. I (being nosy) rang 450 and was told to press 1 for credit information and 2 for anything else. On pressing 2 i was told i'd be taken to the Orange shop, so i hung up. Creepy stuff...

this number has called me loads , 1st few days i didnt pick up then after about a week of it i got fed up and answered it , havent actually spoke to anyone yet as when i do the call cuts off. If its organge why is there no one on the other end why cant i find anything other than these sites that connect the number to orange ?????

And i have to say Orange has to be the worst network i have ever been involved with , as soon as my contract is up they can poke it , ill be back to 02 for sure
