Received a call today from HSBC??? at 09.35 with the caller saying he wanted to review my business account addressing by my surname then by my first and went on to say that he wanted to review my account. I then said that if the bank wanted to review my account they always arranged this by a letter in the first instance. Told him I considered this a scam and put the phone down. Third call of this type in the last 7 days and getting worse!

Seems you don't know what you are talking about? Are you not aware of the fact that the number displayed for the person calling you, can be false. Scammers can use this number - but they have nothing to do with HSBC.  If you call the number back you may believe it to be genuine and possibly trust them when they call back again.
As for HSBC or any large bank "caring about my welfare" only a young person (anyone under 30) with no real experience of banks could believe such silly [***].

I just had a call from this number. They stated that they were from HSBC and that my internet banking could be "shut off" if I didn't answer their questions. They then gave me half of my postcode as a security question but it was wrong so I said goodbye.
