Persistent calling, no answer that end until now. so I told them to stop calling.... fingers crossed.

Am fed up with this type of call.  Just got rid of one nusiance cold calling number and another one pops up!

I have been receiving calls from this number for 2 weeks now, if you ring the following and follow the instructions by entering the number they are ringing you on it will remove you from their calling list - they are an agent for sky, Phone number is 08000324617, good luck I have just done it.

Said he was an agency for Sky.

Pity he can't get a real job.

Mrs Clarke and myself are both pensioners and totally brassed off with rushing to the phone only to find its some idiot making calls but not there when the call is taken, seems the general opinion is the calls are made by a marketing company on behalf of Sky, if its true that calls are on behalf of Sky then its about time Sky should be taken to task.

Same here twice today and when i answer the line is silent if i do get to speak with them im going to tell them because of these calls im going to cancel with sky that should stop them if they are potentially going to lose them business

Several times every day.  Always silent.  Some people will find this very frightening and worry about being stalked by a pervert or leaving the house for fear of burglary.
Register with TPS, it's free, unlike some other services.  If you get any more calls then the caller is breaking the law:

I've had this number call me over 2 dozen times now, at all times of the day. I've answered 3 times and nobody is actually there. I'm outraged

Fed up of this number calling me so put it on call barring now 3 weeks of daily calls sometimes up to 3 times a day!  I have answered a couple of times and just silence at the other end.  Will join TPS now.

I tried to politely say I wasn't interested in taking any more Sky packages but the idiot carried on reading from his card!  I suspect he barely understands English! Sky tv are stooping to the depths with this sales ploy.

They call me everyday! I dont even have a sky account. How can we report this properly and stop the harrassment?!

Thanks mrs antonio at the top of the page - phoned the number and they said i am now on their DO NOT CALL LIST.....lets hope it works!

Just received a call from this number-it was 10.30 pm.Not impressed.
Have just telephoned 08000324617 to be removed from their list of calling numbers.States it will take up to 24 hours.Harassment!
This is the 3rd call Ive had in 3 hours.

I'm not even signed up with Sky..why do they calling on my mobile and bloody hang up when I answer it!!!idiots!!!

They call several times a day, last night at nearly midnight.  I am going mad with these annoying phone calls.

We ARE registered with TPS.
Our number is ex-directory.
We should not have to call some phone number to be taken off the company's calling list.

Scrolling back through these pages shows these callers have been harassing people for more than a year.. there must be something that can be done via legal procedings?

Just like everyone else, I am sick of getting these calls on a daily basis.
I have complained to Sky in the past (same problems, different #s) and was told they had not passed my # on to any marketing companies and that the callers were merely pretending to be from Sky and to 'ignore them'.
Talk about customer service!

Three weeks ago I entered my number on the 08000324617 line but the calls haven't stopped - they still call at least once EVERY day.

This company is trying to sell us extended warrenties on a Sky + box bought recently.  I asked if they actually worked for Sky, and they said no, but were calling on behalf of Sky then the caller went into blah, blah, blah sales pitch.  So I told them that I'm not interested and asked to be removed from their database, but they still keep calling EVERY BLOODY DAY!!!! grrrrr
