i get called 2 to 3 times a day. it rings once and cuts off. and yes, it is typical of Sky's questionable standards.

have complained to Ofcom and they say they dont respond to individual complaints but will monitor the number of complaints about companies. may be worth you all logging on and complaining to them.

I get calls from this number everyday for las t many weeks. On answering noone speaks on the other side. very frustrating.

This number has called every day for the past few days. We are on the TPS list, so I find this really annoying. We have also subscribed to the Virgin Media service, whereby we do not accept calls from withheld numbers. However, all this still does not prevent a few from slipping through the net.

I've just had this number call, my ***** wife answered and gave them our account password. I mean, I'm surprised I have money in my bank account if anyone phones my wife asking for passwords and other info without any verification of who they are. *****. Told her to phone sky (in her name, duh) and change the password now, she had a *****-fit cos she knows now how ****** she is.

Silent calls at least once a day for last 2 weeks getting v annoying have reported to Ofcom. if enough do that they could be hit with a massive fine upto £50k per complainer.

I am getting calls 5 times a day and getting fed up.  It was another number a few weeks ago from the same company, won't answer as have caller id.

like most people have only been with Sky for a few weeks and already have had 5 calls in 2 days feel like telling them where to stick the phone.

Been having calls for about 2 weeks now from this number. The first time they rang my landline trying to sell extended warranty for Sky (I've only been with Sky for 2 months). Needless to say I told them where to go. Since then they have been ringing my mobile once or twice a day, but when I answer it noone speaks at the other end, so I just ignore it now.
I rang Sky to complain and they said that they were aware of this problem and this company who is phoning is nothing to do with Sky and that Sky were not try and sell warranty after only 2 months of being with them. I told them that someone in their offices must have handed out contact details of their customers, as this did not happen until I joined Sky, they of course denied this. Sky are apparently investigating this problem.

So this is obviously some kind of scam just trying to get money off you.

I keep getting calls from this number on my mobile, sometimes 3 times a day, and when i answer it no one is there, its a annoying and i want it to stop!

already told sky that i don't want that call. received a apology e mail and said they have updated to opt me out. then, now 3 mths later, they arte calling again and hung up everyday. does someone know how to report them officially?

I was wondering if you could tell me why I am getting calls from this number and no one talking on the end of the phone.

I keep getting calls from this number and then when I answer it's silent - I assume it's one of those awful call centre things where the computer dials numerous numbers at a time and only some get connected???  Not sure of the company though and it's REALLY frustrating!  My number's unlisted too so can't understand what it's about....

Been calling me for 5 days - 2 times a day, just silent!! No answer- Today I regected the call and then a voicemail was left....just a womans voice saying hello.....hello...hello

I also have had sky for 2 months. I remember readnig in the Leaflet of terms and conditions that sky may pass my details on to other companys that may be of interest to me and if we do not want this service to tell them so....I think thats what it said....I WILL BE CALLING SKY! who are clearly passing my inforamtion on.

Sky should not treat customers this way by giving their information out.

I have found a solution to stop the calls.

This number was phoning my mobile so I knew it was them calling, what I did was answer the phone but did not say anything, I left the phone off the hook and all I heard was silence, after exactly 10 seconds they hung up. About 30 seconds later they rang again and I did exactly the same thing, once again they hung up after exactly 10 seconds. They have not rang since, it has been 9 days now without any calls so it looks like they have got the message.

This number phones me daily, sometimes 6 times a day. I refuse to answer as have googled the number and understand that its a marketing call from Sky.  Who do you make a complaint too?  Apparently sky do nothing about it so how do you stop these calls?
