thay rang thay was keep mivering me and thay wont tell me there name this should be stoped full stop.....

They either don't speeak when you answer, or are just plain rude - got called a "[***]".

Sounds such a nice company to do business with......

I've had tons of missed calls from them lately too.  I actually spoke to them a few months back and explained I didn't want a contract (very happy with what I have) and thought that was the end of it!  No such luck.

Some of the stories here seem horrific though :(  VERY unprofessional if they're actually leaving messages and being downright rude on the calls.

I used to work for a mobile phone company (not o2) and we made calls directly (and the silence after they ring you is quite often caused by a computer calling too many customers when there are not enough agents to actually speak to them.  They ring lots at the same time because it's generally accepted that most will ring out or be rejected) - I know other companies DO ask external companies to do the work for them, but FFS... standards??

yes, I too have an O2 contract and had a phone call from this number.  Refused to give any details, and decided to check out the number.  Thanks for the info.  Why am I not surprised_

been getting this number again recently even after going to o2 and complaining. but read one of the earlier links that gave a number to call so i called it and got the option of having my number removed so i did. hopefully it will work. here is the number to save time looking further back. 08000136671.

haha this [***] keeps callin me evryday i dont know they are lol all i do just ignore them :D the best i can do but those fukers ring me  3 times or 5  times a day one day i swear to god i answered an i fart they hangup the phone hahahahahahahaha

This number calls my mobile a couple of times a week, it's getting annoying! I never answer it as I don't respond to unknown callers. Thanks to everyone here for your helpful comments, I will try emailing LBM and politely asking them to stop!

Ive had afew calls myself found the best way to deal with them is to be polite n ask nicely to be removed from the database. Generally getting angry n annoyed with them meant they would call me more to be spitefull. In terms of not answearing at all i think it just goes back in to be called till you do answer. So my advice is just be polite and they will stop calling ya.

i got a fone call from this number 08000641087 they called me on tuesday but when i answerd there was no reply so i hung up then they foned me to day an di answerd they said there from 02 and they asked me question like my post code what age i was and was i an 02 user i answered there question but once i said i was n a02 user they hung up straight away..... should i be worried ?
