Its not your network or LBM thats to blame. LBM use an automatic dialer so they do not know who they're calling until you answer the call.

With all the 'how did they get my number' comments, thats easy! I've worked in marketing in the past. Its when you fill in ANY online form you have to tick the box and agree to the terms and conditions. Many people dont read the terms and conditions and it WILL say that they will pass your details on to selected companies.

And lastly, Every telesales agent is there to earn a living and feed their families, They're not robots. Best thing to do is listen to them and if your not interested then tell them, otherwise your number just gets fed back into the system  and the system will randomly call you back.

Send an email to enquiries@lbm.co.uk informing them that you charge £100 per minute of you time. If they wish to call you, this will be the charged amount.  And ask them for a billing address where you can send them the bill. See how many calls you get after this!

Keep getting calls from this number while I am at work which is really annoying

I have been getting these calls for a week now, it's really annoying me, I've been in school so I haven't had time to answer or ring back. Normally an 0800 caller is a business and won't call you more than once unless completely necessary, but they have rung me 5 times in 4 days and it's starting to get on my nerves so I'm trying to find a way to.stop it but I can't! Help!

Some people are saying that this number is calls from a business working with o2, Vodafone, and Orange, but I'm getting them and I'm with 3 so Im really confused! Does anyone know why I'm getting them?

By yourself.. It's that easy.

Your on 3 and I can pretty much guarantee that in 3's terms and conditions it will say that they will pass your details on to a Third party. Or if your online and you type in your details they will then be passed on to a third party.

How can they get your details if you don't actually give them out or give consent to give them out?

By ignoring the call or hanging up on the call will make it worse because the system will recognise that you haven't answered or you have hung up and will feed your number back into the system

There ring me but when I pick it up and sad hello there put it down on me I was like who was that but there not ring me bk or anything hmmm that was about 3 days a go now

RECEIVED A CALL FROM PATRICIA WHO STATES SHE IS FROM O2 ASKED FOR BANK DETAILS AND OTHER PERSONAL DETAILS - SAID I COULD GET CHEAPER CALLS ETC

I googled the number and came here.
They have been ringing my number constantly for ten minutes now. Hope it costs them the earth

I've just sent a email of complain to enquiries@lbm.co.uk  and it look like they will make sure that i will not get any other calls from them...I hope the will keep their promise.

Here is what they wrote:

Dear Andrea,

I have received your email regarding the calls you have been receiving from our company, in order for me to remove you from our database to ensure that you don’t get any more calls from us I need your contact number.

I apologise for the calls you have been receiving and I assure you that once you send me your number I will take it out of our database

Back-Off do not bother phoning as you hang up when I answer

I've received this call from  08000641087 but did not answer my mobile does any one know who this number belongs to

Hi All,

I had a call from this no. today, they told me that they were O2 and that they wanted to add some extra's to my account as a thank you for being a loyal customer.

They new my name and they then asked for some personnel details to clarify who I was.

At this point I told them that I was not prepared to give them any details as I had no way of Knowing that they were O2.

Their response to this was that they could prove that they were O2 by telling me the exact value of my last few bills.

WARNING THEY ARE NOT O2

A call to O2 customer services showed that they are a company similar to the Car Phone Warehouse, a check on the internet suggests that they are LBM Marketing.

O2 confirmed that this company are authorised to sell NEW CONTRACTS ONLY, on their behalf.

This company is not being anywhere near honest with its sales patter.

BE VERY CAREFUL.

Missed the call

Funny thing is I am on Vodafone! Why O2 is calling me I don't know!

My mum has had a few missed calls from 08000641087 she has now had a text to say it is O2 asking is she getting the best value from them. They tried calling to find out.
