Number has rung me about 10 minutes ago. Didn't even give me long enough to answer. However judging by the comments I guess it is o2.

Hi I've been pestered for about 6 months by 08000641087.
My mobile is on the T. Mobile P.A.Y.G network
I never answer 0800 or any of the marketing codes.
I Googled the number and arrived here.
I just had a call 20 mins ago, answered it and someone called himself Geoff from T. Mobile.
I quickly answered with,,,no your not,,, you are calling from LBM Marketing and have nothing to do with T Mobile
He hung up instantly,,,,,, MMMmmm Wonder why?

Keeps calling

Im getting a phone call off then too but they have been calling for nearly a MONTH They just phoned me about 5 mins ago so i answered and they muttered and  put the phone down !!

Stop calling me and I am NOT interestedt all

Just create a contact on your mobile 'do not pick up'  this is a marketing company for various networks of mobile phones but avoid because if you change your mind after a few minutes the agent becomes abusive

have just received a call from 08000641087, in-fact its 2nd time today. Didn't answer either call. Never answer a unknown number...ever. or listen to any message left. After reading posts on this website it seem its O2 calling me. As i am on Tesco PAYG that seems plausable being as tesco uses the O2 network. After this e-mail I shall be complaining to Tesco. 1 more call and i am going back to 3. Drastic action,,,Considering this number is phoning my alarm clock,,,,i got a new phone and number a while back now,,,

This number called me stating they were O2. Started asking me personal details and for my card details, when I refused to give them, some obnoxious girl simply said "FINE, FORGET IT" and hung up!! What on earth has the world come to? This is MY personal number, which I pay for and some company thinks its acceptable to use it in this manner.
My advice, just ignore the number altogether.

Call from this number saying it is O2. (Makes sense, I was browsing their website two days ago) Extremely rude woman/girl on the other end, making me feel uncomfortable on my own phone. If this is not O2, and is in fact a 3rd party, then shame on O2 for passing my number on. This number was given to O2 in relation to a new contract, NOT to be handed out to whoever asks. It is disgusting! O2 have certainly lost my companies business. If anyone asks my opinion of this so-called reputable company I shall suggest they avoid them at all costs!!

Weasels rang twice at 2.30pm, not a problem?.I work NIGHTS.

What you fail to mention is that despite signing up to PTS it means nothing as I still  get numerous unsolicited calls....regulators lololol my [***]...I can regulate better; DON'T ANSWER...simple x

Just had a call from these, a woman screamed down the phone and hung up, number added to my reject list so won't be bothering me again.

Received a call stating tht our boiler guarntee had expired and they wanted a pyment saying they were from British Gas. We have a contract wth British Gas so didnt need another but paid thing the call was from British Gas.Asked to cancel the contract but still waiting for a refund

this number claims to be from "O2" , they said they got my number from a web application which is not true as i never give out my real phone number onto the net - i use an old phone and SIM for that!! so when that rings i can ignore it!! they are trying to offer me a better deal even though i told them i have 12 months outstanding on my contract - very pushy i repeatedly asked them to remove my name and number from their records, every time this person tried to talk i interrupted and asked them to remove my details from their database. they said they would but only time will tell

I had been ignoring this number but curiosity got the better of me. They were calling to ask if I was happy with my mobile network & to see if they could offer a better deal.
As it wasn't an overseas call center (I would usually just hang up), I politely but firmly told them if I wasn't happy with my network I was more than capable of changing all by myself & asked to be taken off their calling list..... We shall see. So I've added this number to the long list of  "do not answer" numbers I already have!!!!!

When you answer either tell them you're 13 or ask who is calling and say you are the carer of the person they are asking for and if you continue with calls you will report for harassment. ..  That's how ive got rid of several scammers ... :-)

Just had these fools ring me.. Didn't answer!! But where do these idiots get your number?? I get around 15 to 20 calls a day from various companies like these idiots.. Damm annoying.. I run a successful company and NEVER cold call.. All my business is from clients contracting my company through advertisements ...
