These people are a real pain, they know I had my details cloned and used by someone.
Because of data protection you need to keep your data safe, so do not confirm or give them any of your personal details.
Then tell them that you view their constant calls as harassment and if they don't stop you will report them to the police or any other appropriate authority, also that you are now keeping a log of all their harassment.
Even if you do owe them their is a limit to how many times they can contact you before it becomes harassment.

Yes its capitol one, when they phone, answer it and say quietly and calmly, its done theres blood everywhere send someone to clean up quick, then hang up, they still call but I`ll think of something better for next time....lol

I have never and will never own a credit card but in 48 hours I have had 18 missed calls from this number! !  
Can not just be collection company as I owe nothing.  There needs to be a law to make selling personal information illegal.

There is.    It is called the Data Protection Act.      There are so many ways in which Companies collect personal data just because they are customers that the whole thing leaks like a sieve.  

WTF....71 calls from 8am Friday to 10am Monday....Seriously...this must be harassment. They just hang up when you answer. Solicitor at the ready....See you in court Capital One you money grabbing b***ards

Capitol one.I wouldn`t mind if I was ignoring the debt i have with them,  but i`m not. My debt is being managed by a debt company and they are getting monthly payments. I just ignore the number now.

This number calls my home phone and mobile at the same time 2-4 times a day. How or who did you complain to?

Clueless Capital One harassment calls.  These idiots call me on a different number each day and when answered it's just silence.  How many more times must this company get fined.  OFCOM are just another government body that needs to be shut down for failing to control these stupid companies.  I've now blocked all their numbers.

This Number rings me just about every day. So I've started unplugging my phone.

Please stop these nuisance calls. they ring for half a ringtone then stop !!!!!

Been harassed for five weeks now,up to 8 times per day. Calls from phillipino call centre. Finally sorted last night by saying Tangino Mo goodbye.

This number rings me constantly! And when I answer no one talks and when I try and ring back it says it will charge me at 14p a minute!

It is against the law for any one chasing money to ring your work phone.

As a retired police officer my advioce to you is NEVER give any detail;s out over the phone just politely remind them they called you and they should refer to their own code of conduct.
they should know who you are if they say its to conform to the data protection act just tell them in that case they have your address and to write to you DO NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THATIS GORES FOR ANYONE CALLING YOU.

They have just called me but asking for someone ive never heard of.
