Capital one, do they ever send a statement? I get one out of every 3, seems like all i do is pay late charges with these idiots. very tricky company with no idea what their doing.

Can I complain about this cold calling and how do I go about it?

I get 10-12 calls everyday and as I answer they hang up or don't speak.  Very frustrating.

Rang Capital one - I haven't even got an account with them!!!! they have logged my complaint. Yeah I bet................................... they ring at least 10 times a day.......no one there...dead line. bleedin computers

they call me 4 times a day early in morning one before dinner one at tea time and one late at night they are disrespectfull i have a 1yr old and he loves mobiles one slight noice from one he wakes up straight away... i never anwer i have already sorted things out with them but they still ring im going to change my num to my old one and see if that works

im suffering severe depression and the same foreign sounding man is calling me up every day asking for my date of birth which i dont give out there is no need to keep calling it is adding to the stress im experiencing

They left a very threatening message on my answerphone yesterday. This morning they called but when I answered there was no one on the other end

I would agree - we have to go through security to get to them but we don't have a secure method of checking them. Explain it to them - they don't understand - yet!

Then tell them you are hanging up and will call their main switchboard for security reasons?

This number calls me about five times a day who is it?

yes they keep calling me aswell 3-4 times every bloody day , they even phoned me at work when i told them not to, 1) its embarassing and 2) i dont want everyone knowing my business  at work ! they leave voicemails with nothing on them , just hang up . cant wait for my payout so i can pay thiese idiots up and get rid !

forgot to add these idiots have phoned my mobile and work aswell claiming im my mother  cos our initials and surname are the same and they want me to make a payment ! i told them THREE TIMES IM NOT MY F*****G  MOTHER, STOP CALLING ME FFS

I am being harrassed by this number everyday, non stop at different times of the hour including early morning weekends and late evenings. I think but am not sure that it can override my reject list on my mobile phone. It is driving me mad and I want it to stop. Please help.

This company calls me morning noon and night I dont have any debts and find this extremely annoying

Calling at 8:30 in the evening?! These guys are ridiculous
