Here we go again - the same old patter from Eliteskyrepairs - changing telephone numbers and address - where are you now Eliteskyrepairs - I mean a real address so that you can be contacted by letter! I hear along the grapevine that you have even changed your company name - have you? If you have or you haven't, people like me still need to write to you regarding a legal matter that needs verification. Is there any chance of you being honest with me? All I am asking for is your business address, after all.

I have contacted Sky Protect and the Sky Company several times regarding Eliteskyrepairs. Sky made it very clear to me that they had no dealings with this company and advised me to use Sky Repair only. I took out a contract with Sky Protect and have been with them for several months. Ever since I have been bombarded with telephone calls from Eliteskyrepairs to change to a much cheaper and more reliable  system. Rang Sky Protect once again to inform them of what was happening - sky replied there was nothing they could do about this Insurance Company even though they were using  Sky as a part of their business name.
I gather from my conversation with Sky Protect, that they have received many calls of complaint regarding the methods used to gain Sky Protect customers. Although I must say, Sky appear to be burying their heads in the sand over this issue.

Nope, I don't have an address unfortunately.  I didn't actually take the product (luckily!!).  

However, if you are unable to get through to them or if you have already written/called the number provided to you and there has been no response then you can write to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).  They will have the ability to take things further with EliteSkyRepairs (or whatever they are calling themselves now).  

It may also be prudent to inform the FSA of this directly through their site as any insurer is obliged to inform customers of any changes to their business that might effect their insurance, in this case change of number/address/company name.  As they are clearly in breach of this, the FSA has unlimited powers at their disposal... though they may have trouble tracking them down too!!

Caller mis-represented himself to my husband claiming he worked for sky and was going to reduce our insurance on a monthly basis.  They proceeded to take £39.44 out of our account illegally!!  Total scam!

Yes it's a scam stay well clear of them

I'm with Elite & I've called twice with different problems & they are very good always answer the phone promptly & more than willing to run thr'o the reboot & update procedure over the the phone I can't fault them so far. Their Telemarketing is a bit iffy for sure but the service is excellent.

I take back anything I've said Elites 48Hr promise is untrue all I keep getting is person after person telling me that they are not responsible then finaly I got hold of the company who is supposedly doing the repair to be told it's 48Hrs from when they get the call & I'll have to wait a futher 24Hrs flamin useless my cancelation is in the post!

l have been trying to contact Elite Sky Repairs but no answer and their inbox is full so l can't even leave a message. I have also tried 01202 313172 but the line is disconnected!
I have sent an e mail to Mr Hurn but it failed and bounced back. I am beginning to think this is a bogus company; l have reported the matter to the Trading Standards Authority.
I've also written to the address in Bournemouth but holding my breadth.
